Una sola notte, ma mi sono sentito coccolato come se stessi lì da mesi.
Pros:

In viaggio per lavoro, ho dovuto fare il check in dopo le 22:00, chiedendo di poter mangiare qualcosa. Io immaginavo che mi avrebbero proposto qualcosa che avevano in vetrina al bar, invece mi hanno fatto accomodare in sala offrendomi un meraviglioso ed opulento piatto di bolognese seguito da un secondo di carne squisito ed eccezionale n contorno fresco. Sia al bar che in sala sono stati di un’ospitalità commovente. Che bello vedere persone che lavorano con tanta cura e rispetto per l’ospite. Bravi e cortesi…. Ah, mi hanno offerto anche un amaro che mi ha conciliato l sonno.

L'accueil, ils acceptent les chiens 🐕, apportent vos bagages dans la chambre, petit parc privé de l'hôtel pour la voiture.
Petit déjeuner le matin à 5h!! Service impeccable.
Station essence juste à côté.

Literie, chambre, salle de bain et linge de bain propre
Nous sommes arrivés vers 23h et nous avons été très bien accueilli avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse.

Dettagli nel bagno (non dimentichiamo le 4 stelle) non curati o quasi malmessi.
La prima impressione è stata da locanda poi migliorata con l' intervento rassicurante edel personale.

Esperienza estremamente positiva al Hotel Novelli.
Pros:

Sono allergico ai tappeti e alla polvere, ma qui non ho avuto bisogno di alcuna terapia: le camere sono pulitissime e curate. Il climatizzatore è silenzioso, funziona senza dare alcun fastidio, e l’ambiente è molto tranquillo, ideale per un vero riposo.
Una menzione speciale al barman Pasqualino: impeccabile, sempre con il sorriso e una disponibilità che fa davvero la differenza.
Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che migliorerei è la segnaletica interna: mi sarebbe piaciuto avere indicazioni più chiare per l’uscita e dalla reception verso il bar.
Per il resto, soggiorno eccellente.

What a little gem
Pros:

Such a nice hotel run by very kind owners and wonderful staff. Super clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. From breakfast to dinner many choices are available. Will definitely come back.

Pros:

L'hotel è posizionato strategicamente, vicino all'uscita della superstrada. Insonorizzato... non si sentono le macchine passare. Il personale è cordiale e gentile.

Cons:

Il bagno ha bisogno di un pò di manutenzione e la stanza è carente di prese elettrice (solo due).
