don't book the single room, it's a closet. staff isn't flexible at all.

the air conditioning? they were nice enough to keep my bags.

breakfast is horrible; no love, no taste, bland. the "single room" used to be a closet, it's so small you have no idea. the staff isn't accommodating at all, I think they want to be nice but they definitely are not. they charge 15$ per hour for late checkout which is a serious joke considering the room wasn't booked the upcoming night. when I realized the actual size of the room they didn't want me to cancel. when I asked for a few hours of late checking it would have cost me more for 3 hrs than a whole night.

Cuando solicitamos que nos deje ingresar al estacionamientos y consumir en el comedor hasta que sea nuestro check in, ya q habíamos viajado desde la mañana y no habíamos comido las 15 personas que nos íbamos a hospedar. Pero nos querían cobrar un costo de $20 adiciónelas por habitación, por lo que tuvimos que ir a almorzar a otro sitio y fuimos víctimas del hurto de las pertenencias de mi vehículo.
Cabe recalcar que en el momento que hacíamos esa petición los estacionamiento del hotel estaban de 10% de su capacidad, por eso me atrevo a decir que aunque indirectamente son culpables del hurto y las pérdidas materiales del que fuimos víctimas.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice and quaint. I like the music that was played all the time. The breakfast was ok, but I loved the A la Carte plates! I also liked the pool a lot and the closeness to the beach was great!

Cons:

The staff need to be a little nicer and welcoming. I felt that most of the employees took us for granted even though we stayed for 6 nights. Jose especially needs to learn to smile a bit and to be more communicative, nice, and helpful.
Also, please do get a better toilet paper and soap!
