Las personas q no eran dentro del hotel y fueron a consumir

The first room that we stayed was tiny , we asked a change for a better room

Muy mala experiencia..No tienen ganas de ayudarte, el trato de los trabajadores al cliente mal, la organización del hotel un desastre.
El coordinador o encargado se dedica a ir incordiando al cliente todo el día, imponiendo normas! no permite que descanses tranquilo. Tienen muchas normas pero son ellos los que no las cumplen! Como la que no permiten perros pero en el hotel pero tienen una perra recién parida que va por las mesas todos los días.. y la echan a la playa con la arena muy caliente para que no la vean..
Creo que al animalito lo que deberían tenerla en otro sitio para poder ser los primeros que cumplan sus normas, el desayuno tarda mucho en que te sirvan y casi hay que pedir de favor que te den algo… la piscina, muchas normas pero depende a quien dejan hasta fumar a borde de la misma.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que en la página al reservar no me indicaron que habría un recargo del 6% con tarjeta. Solo decía que se puede pagar en efectivo o con tarjeta

No estaba tan limpio el baño había pelos

La piscina abre muy tarde por la mañana, sería bueno que esté disponible más temprano para aprovechar menos sol, especialmente por los niños más pequeños.

I am a very good swimmer and know the ocean and I can talk of experience it is dangerous there.
It isa small hotel but at the same time the staff does not know what the rules and regulations are of the hotel, they don't talk together.
The manager at the reception said that the bar and the restaurant closes at 8:00pm.
But when we came to the evening the restaurant and bar said if you want something to eat or drink we're going to close 7:00pm.
and there was a lot of customers.

The water from the shower inside the room was boiling hot.You could not use the hot water. Only cold.
The swimming pool had dangerous sharp edges at the waterfall that you can cut yourself on and can be very dangerous if you fall into the swimming pool at the waterfall.

There were a few places where the bamboo was broken where nails were visible and you could cut yourself.
So this was unnecessarily nerve-wracking for me as we had two children who were staying at the hotel with us.

the time that we were in the hotel at the pool there was only us and some stuff that was working our baby child had the one hat stolen from us.
100% is one of the stuff that stole the baby hats.

breakfast is horrible; no love, no taste, bland. the "single room" used to be a closet, it's so small you have no idea. the staff isn't accommodating at all, I think they want to be nice but they definitely are not. they charge 15$ per hour for late checkout which is a serious joke considering the room wasn't booked the upcoming night. when I realized the actual size of the room they didn't want me to cancel. when I asked for a few hours of late checking it would have cost me more for 3 hrs than a whole night.

Me encontré con una cucaracha en el baño

Cuando solicitamos que nos deje ingresar al estacionamientos y consumir en el comedor hasta que sea nuestro check in, ya q habíamos viajado desde la mañana y no habíamos comido las 15 personas que nos íbamos a hospedar. Pero nos querían cobrar un costo de $20 adiciónelas por habitación, por lo que tuvimos que ir a almorzar a otro sitio y fuimos víctimas del hurto de las pertenencias de mi vehículo.
Cabe recalcar que en el momento que hacíamos esa petición los estacionamiento del hotel estaban de 10% de su capacidad, por eso me atrevo a decir que aunque indirectamente son culpables del hurto y las pérdidas materiales del que fuimos víctimas.
