Unfound Door was incredible! The team were so kind & helpful throughout our stay and made everything so special for our honeymoon. We had the breakfast as room service each morning which was such a highlight. The balcony was stunning! Loved it
Even when there was problems outside of their control (power cut / water issues) they really went above and beyond to make up for it!

Lovely hotel in beautiful old building. Room was small but perfectly formed. Staff were very attentive and caring.

The design is amazing and it is very cool that it is an old building but the facilities were modern and looked very new. There are trees that you can see and feel from the windows and it felt like living in a grandmas country house in summer
1) there is no elevator and if you come and there is no one who can help you with your suitcases you will carry them yourself
2) some towels were worn - didn’t see very new and crisp - some of them had holes
3) the bathroom is extremely small and there is no door in a shower cabin so when you have a shower all water is everywhere in the bathroom

Personnel charmant et attentif. Diner et petit déjeuner délicieux. Quartier allemand authentique à l'écart du centre ville très touristique, près de la gare et de Fabrika.
Beautiful, elegant and well designed rooms. The walls are real fresco which adds to the luxury of the hotel. Sash windows, and draped curtains make it romantic. The breakfast was excellent too with lots of options. My room - night and day, had a tv with Netflix that pulled out on an extended arm over the bed so it was very cosy to watch a movie at night, I really loved the room.
I was in the “night and day” room. Unfortunately there was a dog that barked all night long every night in the opposite garden. Due to the sash windows, it was easy to hear and kept me awake. I recommend bringing some earplugs.

Das Interieur, die Lage, das Haus als Ganzes und das Personal.
Unser Zimmer war neben der Reception und man hörte alles. Ich denke in den anderen Zimmern hat man mehr Privatsphäre.
Retro, interiør, designstil. Hyggeligt.
Alt for lydt gennem de gamle døre. Man kunne alt for let høre folk på gangen. De havde en fest kørende i kælderen og lyden her forplantede sig op i hele bygningen.
