מלון מהמם מהמאה ה- 19, מלון בוטיק שהכל בו מיוחד. המסעדה פשוט בין הטובות שאכלנו בהם. שווה לאכול שם גם את ארוחת הערב וגם את הבוקר.

Зеркало не хватило на полный рост (а так в номере были зеркала, но висело высоко), девушкам критически важно наряжаться и краситься с удобным размером и чтобы была (желательно) на полный рост.

Room numbers are very different and lovely
The hotel is beautiful, very carefully styled and has some scenic stairs. They have a really nice restaurant where they also offer breakfast, worth a visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite central and was easy to reach.
While the rooms were very clean and stylish, the doors were really not up to the standards. Old wooden doors might fit the style, but we could hear any little noise coming from our neighbors’ room as much as if they actually were staying with us. It did not help that the room was located near some shared areas, as other guests were stopping nearby to have a chat.

The hotel staff provided outstanding service and was available 24 hours via a personal WhatsApp chat. They provided us exactly what we requested, a quiet room far away from the stairs, and even offered a change of room at a lower floor to avoid us having to do many stairs as my wife was pregnant. They went the extra mile on my request to surprise my wife for her birthday with some decorations. At checkout the staff asked us if we have feedback to improve, which is very rarely asked by other hotels we stayed. Also a shout out to the restaurant staff and chef: the food and wine we tried were delicious overall. We gave feedback on things to improve and those were taken care of the next day. The hotel and room interior are 19th century, not super luxurious but cozy and elegant. Excellent value for a very reasonable price! Very easy this hotel entered the top 5 rank of best hotels in the world that we visited (been to over more than 70 countries), the effort and dedication plus the exceptional customer service from receptionists, kitchen and restaurant staff, barman, and collaborators was outperformed!!!
There is no elevator only stairs, because the building is protected and cannot be modified. It is mentioned in the booking information, though. So if you are not so fit / have problems doing stairs it is less recommended. Also the manual classic door keys are not so handy, you have to find the right technique of opening/closing the room door. A point for improvement for the restaurant/breakfast is to include extra options for customers with food allergies and intolerances , for example lactose-free yogurt, plant-based meals etc (but the menu has options for everyone so this is not a strong point against the breakfast, just a complementing suggestion)
It wasn't clean enough. The water hadn't been working all day, so we couldn't even wash.

There was a small leakage from the conditioner in one of the 2 rooms in the suite, but I am sure that after our stay it was fixed immediately.
We loved everything at this hotel! The hotel was just so incredibly well designed and beautifully fitted out. The attention to detail on the design and furniture was just 12/10 stunning! The service was absolutely world class. Highly, slightly recommended this hote. The staff were so.proactive and helpful, just fantastic experience all.round! Only and the retardant and food also! Wow x
