Pros:

it is the best hotel i visited so far, breakfast is absolutely outstanding, design of the room is outstanding. wee took one with a balcony and city view, it is a historic building with a very high ceiling and beatiful
window frames. it was possible to order delicious food from the restaurant downstairs.
The service from personnel was extremely good and polite, they helped with bags and everything we needed. i liked also that every imaginable small thing like a sewing kit for example was available on purpose, it is an eco friendly approach.
located in the best looking part of the city with lots of historical buildings

Cons:

could be a little bit noisy due to the music downstairs

Vi var det i 2024 hvor det var helt fantastisk.
Dette besøg var ikke det samme. Der lugtede af kloak på toilettet, det varme vand virkede ikke en af dagene, der var meget højlydt arbejde oppe på taget, der gjorde man ikke kunne slappe af på værelset i løbet af dagen + restauranten var meget lavere standard end sidst vi var forbi.
Vi kommer ikke igen.

Woke, Instagram, New Age - don’t waste your money.

Cons:

Because the property is beautiful they think they can call themselves a boutique hotel and deliver mediocre service.

Just because you have an instagram worthy hotel doesn’t mean you can get away with new age mediocre service delivery.

Your target market is not supposed to be a generation who cannot afford to stay there in any event. So maybe focus on the people who can actually afford to stay there.

The vintage style, the way it preserves history, the great food, and great accommodating staff, great trust and saftey!

Cons:

Since we couldn’t get a late checkout we had to keep our bags in the hallway, it would’ve been better if there was a luggage room to store our luggage at before leaving to the airport - mainly for the peace of mind. Also the bathroom was a bit too cold, and we wish there was a place to place our toiletries inside the shower.

PERFECT
Pros:

The atmosphere of the hotel is excellent and every corner is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable; we were highly satisfied with everything. A special thanks for the treats offered after check-in! The staff is very friendly and sweet—I definitely recommend this place. The location is also great and close to everything. If I come to Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay here.
