Our concierge George has truly been amazing during our stay. He made us very comfortable, we received the traditional red Easter eggs and their traditional sweets, we were impressed. Welcomed by a hand written note made our stay very special. We enjoyed every moment at the hotel, the room was stunnig. Breakfast a la carte was really tasty. A boutique hotel to remember. I would look no further for a stay in Tbilisi. I would definitely come back.

Perfect Stay for our Family of 3
Pros:

We enjoyed everything about this stay. We appreciated the beauty of the hotel. The receptionist was professional and polite. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfectly laid out and clean. The restaurant downstairs had good coffee and breakfast with good service. Our room had a lovely view of Tbilisi. The shower and wifi worked well. The rooms were quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Georgia.

Cons:

Everything was great! If there were any way the apartment could have a clothes washer, it would mean we could stay longer. I do not know if this could ever be possible in the future. There was a small description about the building in the room, but we would love to have more history about the place. Oh, and we would prefer to have a sponge and dish soap in the kitchen so that we could tidy up our own mess day to day. We do not like to leave it for the housekeeper.

La décoration et l’esthétisme de l’hôtel.
Le confort des lits, le salon et la cuisine.
Le petit déjeuner vraiment excellent et copieux.

Great place, could adjust a couple of things to be really excellent
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, in an old building entirely redone with great taste. Awesome breakfast, only à la carte which makes it tailor made for your tastes, if a bit slow on the service, and the restaurant and bar are great too. Staff is attentive and available at all times. Great quality of bathroom products and snacks. The architecture is really awesome.

Cons:

The room we had was right next to the lobby and above two generators that were working day and night, so not at all the quiet room we requested. The service at breakfast was a bit slow. The bedding is kinda short for the bed itself and the heating is centrally controlled, so you cannot adjust if you are hot or cold. Also, the curtains are not screening from the light so be prepared for an early rise.

Стильный отель с изумительными завтраками
Pros:

Хороший район, пешая доступность до многих достопримечательностей города, чистейшая ванная комната с окном, удобная кровать, вкусный чай и сладости к нему, особый бонус - это парадная и ресторан, в котором проходят шикарные завтраки по меню. Мы отлично провели время.

Cons:

Самые (условно) скромные номера имеют окна во двор, а конкретнее, на соседний близко стоящий дом, не забывайте закрывать шторы), на втором этаже чуть шумнее, чем на третьем. В целом, это не испортило впечатлений и мы довольны.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, which gives the whole place a warm and stylish atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight plenty of options and everything was fresh and well presented. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always ready to help when needed. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Our stay was unfortunately not the best. We were placed in a room called “Sky & Sand,” which didn’t feel very comfortable. The temperature in the room was difficult to manage it was either too hot or too cold. The beds were also quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to rest properly. The shower was extremely small, and the room itself was quite dark, which didn’t help the overall experience. The staff were polite, although their English wasn’t very strong not a major issue, but something to be aware of.
