für ein 4 Sterne Hotel völlig übernewertet! Werde nicht wieder kommen!!!!

Das Zimmer

Cons:

Der Service war völlig überfordert und unprofessionell. Frühstück entsprach den Usancen einer Jugendherberge!
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer produzierte nur heiße Luft, bei einer Außentemperatur von 34 Grad!
Der Verlust der Zimmerkarte, die ein Wegwerfprodukt darstellt, wurde mit €15,- in Rechnung gestellt. Habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt!
Hotel war mit Zimmerkarte um 24:00 nicht mehr zu betreten, weil abgeschlossen, obwohl wir informiert wurden, dass bis 01:00 Barbetrieb herrscht!

Der Frühstücksraum ist großzügig und sehenswert. Das Personal sehr freundlich. und hilfsbereit Unser Zimmer war klein hat jedoch für unseren zweitägigen Aufenthalt gepasst.

Sehr schönes stilvolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Regensburg mit sehr gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegenes charmantes Hotel mit individuellen Zimmern. Sehr gutes Frühstück in wunderschönem hellen Frühstückssaal. Sehr gute Betteb, modernes Bad. Alles prima. Schallschuth in den Zimmern, die auch vor dem Lärm in der Nacht auf den Gassen schützt.

Cons:

Die Klimananlage, die grundsätzlich super ist, ist in unserem Zimmer direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet. Dh in der Nacht hatten wir ständig den kühlen Luftstrom direkt am Kopf. Da man die Fenster im Dritten Stock nicht öffnen kann, ist das Anschalten der Klimaanlage für mich alternativlos.

This hotel is delightful and I would highly recommend for anyone visiting lovely Regensburg
Pros:

The breakfast was perfect with plenty of options to start the day. The location, in Old Town, was so convenient for exploring the area. We were embarking on a Viking River Cruise and the dock was easy to access from the hotel.
