Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Garden à Tbilissi. L’établissement était parfaitement propre et totalement conforme à la description. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, ce qui est idéal pour visiter la ville. Une petite épicerie à proximité permet également de trouver facilement tout le nécessaire.
Mais ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment exceptionnel, c’est sans aucun doute l’accueil et la gentillesse de l’hôte, Bella. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt, vers 5 ou 6 heures du matin après notre vol, et elle nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance malgré l’heure. Elle s’est montrée disponible à tout moment et a toujours été prête à nous aider.
Nous avons malheureusement eu un problème avec nos valises, perdues par la compagnie aérienne avant notre arrivée à Tbilissi. Bella nous a énormément soutenus dans cette situation stressante : elle nous a permis de contacter le service des bagages perdus de l’aéroport, a essayé de les rappeler elle-même à plusieurs reprises sans réponse, et a même été présente pour réceptionner nos valises lorsqu’elles sont finalement arrivées. Elle a tout fait pour nous faciliter les choses et nous a toujours répondu très rapidement.
Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été bien plus qu’un simple hébergement confortable : nous nous sommes sentis réellement accompagnés et en confiance. C’est un lieu très convivial, avec une hôte exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

I can surly recommend for budget travelers who don’t mind to walk couple of extra steps
Pros:

Bella (the receptionist) is one of the nicest service person I have ever met. She was very helpful and kind, also the breakfast was delicious:) the room was really clean and the bed comfortable, also a store nearby :)

Cons:

Unfortunately it was quite difficult to find (no specific signs or soever) also the hotel location isn’t the best we had to hike a “mountain”to get there.

Pros:

The lady owner was very friendly and kind. I had a trouble with my flight and arrived early morning but I could check in.
Breakfast is delicious. It locates at the upper hill street but easy to get a taxi.

Pros:

Bella is very friendly and helpful. We had a very early flight and she let us check in very early in the morning. Anytime we had an issue she tried to take care of it.

Cons:

The hotel is in the hills so walking takes a lot of time, but there are busses available and of course bolt or taxies. The rooms would profit from some more hooks or a broader counter space, but that might be just me

La posizione non è così ottimale, e le camere sono diverse da quanto mostrato in foto, hanno la moquette e in alcuni casi un odore sgradevole. Inoltre c'era in bagno un problema coperto da un asciugamano

Pros:

The place was very huge and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice and friendly. Also the neighbour is very quiet .

Cons:

It's a bit far from the center, and it's on a hill, so the walk back from the center takes about 40 minutes and is not easy. We took a cab almost all the time. Also, the kitchen could be better equipped—for example, dish soap was missing.

Cómodo pero lejos
Pros:

Personal recepción encantador, habitación sencilla, cuarto de baño simple, wifi bien. Aparcamiento en la calle sin control.

Cons:

Está alejado del centro, en una zona deprimida y con una cuesta pronunciada. No está señalizado el hotel lo que hace difícil encontrarlo la primera vez

정말 친절하고 따뜻한 숙소
Pros:

주인 여자분이 엄청 친절함.
깨끗하고 조용함. 조식이 훌륭함.
에어컨이 갑자기 물에 셋는데 바로 방 바꿔줌
위치도 괜찮고 동네가 조용한 주택가라서 지내기 좋았음

Cons:

카드 결제가 안됨. 1층방이 리셉션 옆이라 새벽에 누가 체크인하면 같이 체크인하는 기분 ㅎㅎ
그래도 가격대비 훌륭👍

Pros:

По площади апаратменты, царские, простора очень много. Постельное бельё чистое, есть мыльно-рыльные принадлежности и белые тапочки. Кухня не муляж, при желании можно спокойно готовить. На этаже утюг, гладильная доска, стиралка, всё необходимое предусмотрено.

В остальном всё отлично: чисто, комфортно, хозяева вежливые и внимательные. Рекомендую.

Cons:

Из неудобств: душевые кабинки без шторок и дверей, как ни пытался мыться, на полу образовалась лужа. Слив для этого есть, но нужно время, чтобы пол снова был сухим. В одном из апартаментов кондиционер не справлялся с жарой и охлаждал медленно, видимо, требуется чистка.
