Pros:

Персонал очень доброжелательный, хозяйка радушно встретила, быстро решила все возникшие вопросы, помогая во всем.
Утром сама разносила завтраки в номер
Тихий, спокойный район, магазины недалеко, единственное, лучше добираться на такси, тк отель расположен на пригорке.

Pros:

The owner is very friendly and super helpful. Contacted me before my arrival to offer help to communicate with the driver to get to the hotel.
Got the balcony room with the mountain view which is very attractive during sunset.
The property is clean and meet my overall expectations

Cons:

There is leakage of water in the toilet so make the floor wet. A bit difficult to move around even with the floor towel. But that can be fixed. Not a major issue.

Quarto não estava limpo, falta d e apoio do staff, e pior do que isso não limparam o quarto entre os dois dias que lá fiquei. Nem sequer recolheram o pequeno-almoço

Спасибо большое Белле за оказанное внимание , за помошь при заселении и прибывании в Тбилиси. До прибытия в Тбилиси хозяйка гостиницы связалась со мной и мы выяснили все вопросы. Организовала трансфер , встретила по прибытии в 6 утра в гостинице и предоставила номер , чтобы мы могли отдохнуть , не сотря на то ,что заселение в гостиницу в 14 часов . Утром приглашала сама на завтрак . Место нахождение гостиницы - 20-30 минут пешком до центра . Общественного транспорта рядом нет , но всегда можно воспользоватся такси . Надеюсь на возвращение в Тбилиси еще раз

I would not come back !
Pros:

The room is big, and the breakfast is okay.

Cons:

The location, up a hill. Not a very pleasant walk indeed from the center : dark, miserable streets where you have to be careful all the time due to their pavements full of holes.
As for the room, the bed is not very comfortable, a kind of rocking chair on one side. The shower partly hangs from the wall. The garden is actually a yard where people come and go, so you can't open the curtains (the room is on the ground floor !)

Pros:

La habitación es grande, Isabella es muy simpática y atenta. Está relativamente cerca del centro si no te importa dar un paseo y es una zona tranquila

Cons:

La manta es pequeña para la cama y las puertas/ventanas/paredes son finas y se escucha bastante de la calle y del pasillo del hotel

Endroit très calme. Il y'a un super marché à proximité.
Et la propriétaire est très gentille et serviable, elle répondait à toutes mes questions sans tarder et me donnait toute information que je lui demandait
J'aimerais la remercier du fond de mon cœur ❤️.
L'emplacement de cet hébergement, malgré qu'il est loin du centre, m'a donné une idée sur la vie des géorgiens, leur maisons...C'est un peuple gentils et très serviables.
