Does the job
Pros:

Room is simple but does the job. Beds are comfy enough. There's dedicated parking nearby. Fridge and kettle available in the room.

Cons:

Shower temperature is virtually impossible to adjust. Boiling water flows for about a minute between runs of 4 minutes of freezing water. Breakfast is rather simple. Price is a bit high though.

Buenos días,
El departamento no estaba bastante limpio, había utensilios de cocina sucios, con moho. Sofá muy malo, sucio, silla rota; dificil conciliar sueño por ruido de autos constante por estar al lado de la calle y ninguna aislación con el departamento del vecino a quien se oía roncar, de hecho hay un cartel informativo que indica cuide no hacer ruido para no molestar a los pasajeros del departamento contiguo.

Great little bnb close to the ferry
Pros:

Really nice little BnB right outside the port. Nice stay if getting in late or leaving early on a ferry. Rooms were clean and tidy. They didn't have breakfast on Sundays so they left us a little tray with ham and cheese sandwiches and some other things that was a nice touch!

Cons:

Staff seem hell bent on not working holidays or Sundays. We booked on the 1st of Jan and needed some questions answered before we lost cell reception, although we eventually did get them answered it took a lot of working around and they basically just told us we would get our info when we got cell service back which was a little nerve wrecking since our ferry didn't land until 3 am. On Sunday I had some questions about the wifi and the owner seemed remiss to answer them since it was Sunday, and there was no one on property, we were told there was a QR code somewhere in the room that we never found. Overall a great little place I just wouldn't book on a holiday unless you have higher tolerance for uncertainty than I do.
