We chose this village and this hotel because it was the perfect base for our motorcycle trips to the Iranian border and the surrounding region.

Although this hotel is mainly the kind of place where most travelers stay for just one night, we ended up staying for four to five nights—and we were genuinely happy with our choice.

The sleep quality was excellent. The hotel is surrounded by nature, making it peaceful and relaxing after a full day on the road. Its location is ideal for exploring many beautiful destinations by motorcycle, and the value for money is outstanding.

We would also like to thank the owner, who truly did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness and hospitality made a real difference, and we are very grateful for everything she did for us.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, affordable, and welcoming base for exploring southern Armenia.

A simple and uncomplicated accommodation, strategically located near the main road. Very clean, well maintained and well functioning. Delightful and caring hostess. Tasty breakfast. I will be happy to come back.

Milá paní, která nám vše ukázala, zašla s námi do obchodu koupit víno, ráno připravila snídani. Úžasné

удобно расположена рядом с дорогой (но дорогу не видно и почти не слышно). общая кухня: можно сварить кофе, позавтракать. в номере чисто, удобная кровать, мощный кондиционер.

Отличное место

Как будто к бабушке в гости приехала)))
Чистые номера и белье, в номере отельный сервис: тапочки, шампуньки, щетки и пр. Утром домашний сытный завтрак с вареньем, вкусный кофе. Впечатляющий вид на горы. Нам всё понравилось, останавливались на одну ночь на пути в Татев. В номере есть обогреватель👍

We didn’t expect this kind of experience at all – everything was beyond words! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying at a friend’s beautiful home rather than a hotel. The room was not only very nice and spotless, but it also had such a warm and cozy feeling that made us instantly relax.
The hostess was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure we felt comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. One of the best parts of our stay was the homemade breakfast – fresh, delicious, and clearly made with love. Every detail felt personal and heartfelt.
It’s rare to find a place that combines charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly and we feel so lucky to have discovered it.

Небольшой новый отель, комната была очень чистой, бельё свежее и чистое. Завтрак континентальный, из местных продуктов.
Вид из окна очень красивый. Персонал отзывался на любую просьбу.
