Location & proximity to Railway Station. Cleanliness of room, bed size etc.

Cons:

Staff Behaviour, cleaning while staying on 2nd night, they didn't clean the room, not changed the bedsheet etc even not provided complementary items like sleepers, shoe shiner, comb, shaving & dental kit etc.
