Fantastisch!
Pros:

Het was een prachtige kuuroord in een vallei met geweldige Ayurvedische behandelingen door therapeuten uit Kerela (Zuid-India). Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Als je de stilte en rust wil opzoeken dan ben je hier aan het goede adres!

Immer wieder ein toller Ort zum Erholen

Ruhige Lage, wunderschöner Park, freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, schöner Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Verhältnismäßig weiter Weg vom Zimmer zum Wellnesbereich, andere Zimmer liegen viel näher.

Hinweisschild zur Rezeption wäre gut, Auch wäre gut draußen an der Hauswand die Zimmernummern von ,bis anzubringen.

In Ordnung, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu teuer
Pros:

Wunderbar war das Schließsystem aller Türen des Hotels und der direkte Zugang zum gepflegten Kurpark
Auch die Nutzung von Schwimmbad und Saunen war super - das zur Verfügung gestellte Zitronenwasser ein lobenswerterer Service

Cons:

Für mich als Booking-Gast waren die Handtücher und Bademantel für Sauna und Bad gebührenpflichtig.
Allerdings roch das Handtuch stark nach Massage-Öl und vermittelte damit den Eindruck von anderen schon benutzt worden zu sein, daher gab ich dieses wieder zurück.
Die Kurtaxe wurde am Schluss des Aufenthaltes abgerechnet, obwohl ich annahm, dass diese bereits im angegebenen Reisepreis enthalten war. Das führte zu Unstimmigkeiten an der Rezeption und wäre besser, gleich beim Empfang darauf hinzuweisen bzw. zu kassieren

Personal höflich aber nicht geschult
Pros:

Ich hatte 1 Übernachtung nachgebucht und stand dann vor meiner Tür die nicht aufging.Ich zur Rezeption keiner da nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit kam jemand.Ja das müssen wir freischalten aber warum macht man das nicht direkt,?

Eine wunderschöne Parkanlage, die in den lauschigen Abendnächten zum Verweilen einlädt. Auch die Möglichkeit, jederzeit Zugang zu Heilwasser bis Abends gegen 21:00 Uhr zu haben ist, wunderbar. Zusätzlich werden einige wenige Abendveranstaltungen angeboten, die man gegen eine geringe Gebühr besuchen kann. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Tageslichtsauna sind nicht zu überfüllt und bis Abends gegen 21:00 Uhr zu nutzen.
