Cons:

Hotel still in renovation to not a good standard, difficult to find property, difficult parking not worth a fee.

Could be better
Cons:

The room was too hot, the fan that was brought in first didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. Ordered food before 9pm and the food was not to the quality as it was made by the barman. Limited parking space but the receptionist showed me a parking space behind the hotel. Beds were put together in the double room and there was a gap felt. The staff were polite and tried their best to help.

Pros:

Having read previous reviews after booking I was worried, expecting the worse . We were pleasantly surprised.The accommodation was clean and tidy, the staff were pleasant and helpful. We encountered a few little problems which were sorted as soon as we reported them. Special mention to the barman ,who is a real people person.I would stay again

The shower cubicles are small,but very clean no smells.

The shower experience overshadowed everything. Plus that I had to pay £10 to stay parked unsafe

The reason for the low score was the shower. After a day under the sun, I was after a good refreshing shower and I had to meet somebody for some business talks. The room was nice, the bed and everything was nice until I went in the showers. The water was boiling hot and I am an experienced builder myself. I know about showers and how they work. I tried for 15 minutes to adjust the temperature but the system was faulty. I was running out of time and I couldn’t leave without a shower. So I went to the reception where I explained the issue and I was reassured that within 5 minutes I was gona be sent somebody to sort the problem out. After half an hour nothing so I went down again and I must admit that I became quite unorthodox with my English. They came up in a hurry and somehow overrun the tap and got me cold water. They asked me if I was satisfied and I looked them in the eyes and said: “this is cold “ but it was better cold than hot. So the conclusion is that they have a faulty shower and I was the unlucky guy.

Terrible Hotel. Would not recommend.

The room was very small. The bathroom was extremely small. The bathroom door did not close.
No shelf in bathroom for toiletries. Sink was small. Shower cubicle was very small. Hot water was extemely hot. Dangerously hot. Shower tap very very sensitive. Room was extremely hot. Windows only opened a fraction. Walls thin could hear conversations from other rooms. On check-in was informed £40 damage fee to be paid. Never heard of this before !!
I am surprised that this hotel is part of the Radisson Group. Very very disappointed.

Overnight by the beach before the airport
Pros:

Location is perfect for the beach, and the bed is super comfy. We were here for one night before flying from the airport so it was great. The staff are lovely too.
