Room very small and basic. Noise of pigeons in roof space early morning.
Nothing - it was run down, dated, the rooms smelt and was not what you would expect of a Radisson Hotel.
Dated old rooms and furniture. Shower was awful, leaked and was barely big enough to get into. And I’m not big. The room smelt stale and unclean. Couldn’t open the windows enough to get rid of the smell. No one on reception when we arrived - had to wait 20mins to check in. Took a deposit which was not mentioned at the point of booking.
How close it is to the water
It needs a complete revamp. Our bathroom door didn’t shut, the carpets looked soiled through with god knows what. Walls are thin & could hear people having extremely loud s** at midnight, windows don’t open much so the room was boiling hot, the limescale around the shower that you couldn’t even turn around in without banging your arms from being so small was gross.
Unfortunately won’t be staying here again, this was our second time & I forgot how bad it unfortunately was the first time.

Only hand towels to dry myself after shower. No tv remote so couldn’t watch to. No staff on reception to check out.
Close to beach, friendly staff and rooms were okay. Shibani was very helpful when there was a problem with our initial room. Overall great stay

It's a work hotel..... surprised Park Inn and Radisson put there name to this hotel as there hotels are usually a higher standard
ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO ADD: After my initial review the hotel rang me up and offered money off my stay if I deleted the review. I refused as this is unethical and undermines the review process.
THIS HOTEL FALLS SHORT OF WHAT STANDARDS I WOULD EXPECT FROM A PARK INN OR RADISSON BACKED HOTEL.
Staff hospitality was very good and room was tidy and clean
The shower lacks flexible shower head and the wash basin is two far frim the toilet seat as there is no bidet option cant wash private part spe-ially for female
Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly cooperative and helpful, and housekeeping was perfect. The location is super convenient for both the beach and the city center. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back in the future!
I wanted to extend my stay for two more days, but they gave me a much higher rate for the same hotel, maybe even a higher ranking. And they gave me a good price when I had already checked out, which was too late
