It's okayish, like make do!
Pros:

The staff were nice and tried to their best to be accommodatating my requests. Location is near main things around, convenient.

Cons:

The heating system is for the entire building, one place controlled by staff, some guests want the heating all night and for me I can't sleep or breath in the heat to be able to sleep well. It should be in each room as preferences for individuals.
Not actually a clean place.

Not the best
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights in October as it was cheaper than many other hotels in the area, however the standard was below expected given that it is a Radisson. Parking is available on site for a fee but we found that there seems to be nowhere in Bournemouth where you can park a car free. Service at the hotel was OK and the room basic but it served our needs as a base for sightseeing.
I must add that Bournemouth itself is totally car unfriendly with extortionate parking charges. The centre of town appears to have been allowed to run down and was a real disappointment.

Very good
Pros:

We were staying at a guest house nearby and went here for an evening meal after requesting a menu the day prior.

Odd to be eating in the bar as restaurant was closed but uderstandable as oly us eating there.

Menu is very nice and food cooked fresh to order and very very well cooked and tasty. Portions are huge and prices very reasonable.

I personally felt sad for the staff as they didnt look that busy and seemed bored bels them. Havdeep served us he was a nice guy but seemed to be doing bsr duties and waiting duties we assumed when its peak season it will be lots busier.

If you want deliciousfood and very reasonable prices go to Park Lane Radison Blu

Really good and value for money
Pros:

I had an great experience in the hotel. Really value for money, i was worried that hotel would be unclean and not upto the mark but hotel was good, staff was excellent, we really get it what we have paid for. Please note hotel takes 40 pounds deposit upon check in which might be inconvenience for some people. We would love to go bck.

Great location, would stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Easy parking. Friendly reception staff.

Cons:

Room was *tiny*. There was just about enough room to get around the bed, but getting into the shower was a challenge. A colleague also stayed at the hotel and had a well-sized room. I recommend looking carefully at room sizes when booking.

Short and sweet, perfect room. Friendly welcoming staff

We stayed over for one night as I had an interview the day after. We found the hotel convenient and clean, the welcoming and friendly.

Great location with poor and disguised customer experience

The location is central hence why we stayed

Cons:

I was told to pay for parking which we did only to get a parking ticket. I have been disputing this parking ticket for over a month now and no member of staff has been supportive. In fact they've told me to pay a reduce fine even though I had a valid parking during my stay. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will continue to fight this and I will never return to this hotel nor recommend it.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with nice quality bed linen.
