Nice staff and hotel was clean but could do with a spruce up
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very helpful the breakfast was nice

Cons:

The shower was very small in the room and bar didn't have any atmosphere so didn't want to hang around there, unfortunately we didn't realise we needed to put a sign out for the room to be refreshed

Good value hotel
Pros:

Comfortable bed and bedding. Decent sized room. Good value.

Cons:

Tiny bathroom. I am not a big man but could just squeeze into the shower cubicle. Very old and small lift.
Quite a walk to any pubs/restaurants. Had to pay to use their car park (!)

Very disappointing!

The rooms were small and hot. The bar only opened briefly. They didn’t even wine glasses to serve wine in. The bathrooms were tiny. For such an expensive stay, this was a huge disappointment!

Really poor
Pros:

Only the location

Cons:

Upon arrival didn’t feel welcomed.
Room was in need of a tidy up sloppy workmanship and broken tiles room 324. Dead insects on bathroom windowsill. Window broken.
Walls thin and could here all the movements from the neighbours room that leaves nothing to the imagination at 1am. Shenanigans then continued till 3am followed by snoring all audible!
Would NEVER stay here again

Convenient location, room of reasonable size and comfort, good supplies in the tea/coffee making facilities.

Cons:

Surprise £40 security deposit asked for on check in - never mentioned before even with two emails from Radisson! Dirty towels had been left on the floor in the bathroom (although strangely the bathroom had been cleaned). TV did not work. Hotel had a generally slightly down at heel feel to it. Lift to upper floors was tiny.

Great value stay!
Pros:

Rooms were clean on both days of our stay. Staff were really friendly and were so happy to help everyone! Saw them go above and beyond for many guests!

Cons:

We really liked everything - an even better if would be that there's a mini fridge in the room, but perhaps these are already available depending on which room you book 😊
