Not as good as expected ☹️
Pros:

Clean, with friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

Orange juice was watered down, the coffee tasted like it had UHT milk in. Two youths hanging around outside all morning. Shame you have to pay for parking ☹️ shower too small. Door of room difficult to open and shut. Noisy from stairs next to room.

It was alright !
Pros:

I like the location area very close to amenities. Good parking. Cleaning team were very good. The 2nd room provided.

Cons:

1st room given for 1st night, was like an oven, was litteraly on top of the kitchen, we couldnt sleep all night.

In need of huge refurb. I do not recommend this one.
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Room size. shower size. Shower room window - lack of privacy, Lift. Car Park.
Mandatory deposit / refundable - no specific reason for this.
The price charged was poor value for money.

Would not stay again- despite being a major chain
Pros:

Car park was satisfactory- however you have to pay

Cons:

Shower was tiny, in my 40 years of travelling first time I have had to pay for a deposit for a room . Bathroom door won’t close . Fire alarm went off when used deodorant . Extractor fan does not work. Bed uncomfortable , pillow like a brick . Barman did not understand measures and gave my wife a medium size wine measure of gin, he couldn’t understand what was wrong. Cider was flat or out of date . Rolmporly

Pros:

The rooms were quiet. Good location.

Cons:

The parking area even for the customers was charged separately. The rooms were very small. And the fans were not all in a working condition. Didn't feel like a premium stay at all. Bathrooms were not very clean.
