Great location, good food, and friendly, polite staff. We also loved the live music in the lobby — it was nice to sit and relax while enjoying the music.

Cons:

At arrival we were given non-smoking rooms that had a strong smoking smell. When we mentioned it, a staff member initially dismissed the concern saying he couldn’t smell it and later said it was a strong wood smell. It was a bit frustrating, but the rooms were eventually changed. It would have been better if the concern had been acknowledged and addressed right away.

Near the Chandigarh airport 15 mins in taxi. Very clean and comfortable.

Staff don’t interact. When we arrived, the girl had her head down on the computer at the reception desk, I had to wait few mins until she acknowledged us. No one offered us any water etc at arrival. I had to
Ask for a drink as I found to be warm. Staff were very talkative when as we were checking out as they wanted me to do Google review there and then, but I refused. Location great, cleansing great and but staff needs to be trained to be upbeat and approachable. Everyone just has their heads down on the computer or phones. If you want international guests returning defo need your staff trained well.

Also felt your eating place is expansive. Did not use the service.

Great stay in Chandigarh, I would return
Pros:

Lovely property with a cool vibe that makes it feel different than other hotels of its class. Rooms are very comfortable, bathrooms are great, buffet breakfast excellent. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy. Had to switch rooms since the room next to us was having a loud party.
