Luxury hotel with great service and food
Pros:

Impressive hotel, with high level of facilities. Highly rated restaurant and food, great variety at breakfast. We had a free room upgrade and stayed in a suite. The suite was very large and impressive. Unsure what a normal room would be like.

Cons:

Although we had a suite we needed an extra bed as we were 4 in a room. They wanted to initially charge , but my wife argued with them a bit and they gave us the bed. It would have been good for them to have just done this as we booked a room for 3 adults so no extra bed does not make sense.

Be careful of the bottles of water in the dining room , they are chargeable but you could easily be fooled into thinking they are part of your meals.

Bit of a faff with the floor access as you only get access to your floor so if you are a party of more than one room on different floors, you can’t pop by to each others rooms as was the case for our party.

Food was not as good as it should be in such a Hotel. Less show, better cooking would help.

Great hotel.
Pros:

The property was clean, international standards. Food was perfect and staff were accommodating and attentive to your needs. I travelled with young children and had no problem staying at this property.

Pros:

Radisson red is an excellent hotel with top notch facilities and amenities. The option of Play station is really an added advantage for kids. The food is excellent and the buffet spread is also great. Rooms are clean and spacious
