Breathtaking Views
Pros:

Great Location away from the crowds and near tibetan cafes to explore local food. Norbulingka Institute is minutes away to learn about tibetan culture. View of dhauladhar range in the morning is breathtaking. Staff is quick to respond and resolve any issues. Service is also good. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There should be a guide in the room to show how to use things, i had to call make lot of calls but the staff was very attentive, little hiccup but manageable.

Pros:

Great staff here who were attentive and looked after us. The mountain view is outstanding. The hotel is very peaceful and quite, located near some shops and good local restaurants. We had a motorbike but equally the hotel arranged taxis as needed at fair price. The room was clean and comfortable from our balcony we saw Mongoose, Hornbills, Parakeets and an Owl!

The awesome view of the Dhauladhar Range and the amenities of the hotel. I am a frequent traveler but this is one of the hotels which has touched my heart. I hope the service remains the same in future.

I am thankful for upgrading my room without any extra charges .
Pros:

Property, staff, location everything was good. Food was tasty.

Cons:

We booked the property well in advance and we checked-in quite late at approx 2100 hrs or even later , still the TV services was not working. ( settop box was not connected).

The hotel and its staff was part of an India experience that will never be forgotten
Pros:

Excellent location with stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan Mountains. The staff were always polite and friendly and provided a level of service, advice and assistance that was exemplary. The food served in the restaurant at breakfast and in the evening was superb.

Cons:

England could have played a little better at the cricket.

Pros:

After the beautiful location and stunning views surrounding Quartz Brothers, the staff were the next best thing about the stay. So friendly and they couldn't do enough to try and help.
The centre of Dharamsala is a steady walk or cheap taxi ride away but this is another appealing factor. You are out of the way and have stunning views of the Himalayas, especially from the beautiful garden. You can also get a taxi or the skyline to McLeod Ganj from nearby here too and so it offers that mix of being close enough to the main areas but tucked away at the same time.
The food, both breakfast and dinner, were really good too and getting a fire in the garden at night is a must.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

Pros:

The location was quite good for the hotel and placed very well, only thing is to reach this hotel you need to be ready for some tight roads. The view was fantastic for the mountain view rooms and the hospitality was nice as well. The photo from my room is also there.

Cons:

The room's ceiling fan, was making a lot of noise.

Hidden gem of Dharamshala
Pros:

I was searching for a peaceful location for a quick break along with my sister and after doing some research I found Hotel Quartz which is a hidden gem in Dharamshala with breathtaking views of mountain ranges. The best thing about this hotel is the service they provide you with a big smile and a bigger heart, all of the staff members were really great and helpful. The food was absolute yum and we enjoyed having barbecue and bonfire in their beautiful lawn area where you can here the natural water flowing alongside the hotel, I was told that the water was coming directly from the mountain ranges and it was so pleasant and calming to here that water stream sound. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers planning to stay in Dharamshala as it was an absolute delight staying there.

Cons:

It could have been better if I could just stay there for a longer time.
