Peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

I like the view from my room. The room is clean. I stayed at ground floor and had the mountain view without any blocking. We had a quiet, peaceful and enjoyable stay. The location is good as well, just a 10 min walk to the train station and there is bus stop just 2 min away. It convenient. I would recommend this accomodation.

Great stay
Pros:

Hotel was perfect for our needs- family of 6 so we had 3 rooms. Great view from our rooms facing the mountain. Nice breakfast and we also did laundry while there. Location was good too- short walk to the train or into town.

The view was amazing. The room was spacious. The Ski Room was great. And the staff were very helpful & friendly.

A perfect Swiss stay—beautifully located, comfortable stay, with warm and thoughtful hospitality!
Pros:

This hotel is truly a power package. Not only is it a charming boutique, artisanal stay equipped with everything one could possibly need, but the attention to even the tiniest details sets it apart. We stayed here during our honeymoon and absolutely loved the experience.

The breakfast was wonderful and delicious, the room and bathroom were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the views were simply gorgeous. The location is excellent—just a 10–15 minute walk from the Eiger Terminal, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald station, with bus stops, cafés, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance.
That said, you hardly need to step out, as the hotel thoughtfully provides liquor, snacks, ramen, and all essential amenities—such as toiletries and extra slippers—available for purchase at the counter. The atmosphere is quiet and calm, complemented by a lovely reading room with books and games. Thoughtful touches like chocolates on our pillows, clean drinking water, a wide selection of teas, ample storage space, and perfectly balanced heating made our stay even more comfortable.

The staff were polite, warm, and extremely helpful. Paid parking is available, and the reception area is well stocked with useful information and pamphlets. We truly cannot stop appreciating this place and would return in a heartbeat. It offers the perfect Swiss experience.

Breathtaking view with friendly staff and cozy stay
Pros:

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, facing directly the Eiger Mountain, and seeing the village houses covered by snow was like in a fairy tale place. The day of the check out we need to leave before the breakfast time, the owner is kind enough to prepare us some food pack the night before for us.

من أفضل الفنادق المطله على جبل آيغر بلامنازع في قرية جريندلفالد يعطيك إطلالة بانورامية على القرية والجبل والطبيعة سواء الرحلة صيفا او شتاء خاصة الغرف اللي لها حديقة خاصة إطلالتها روعة
عندهم خدمة جميلة في الإفطار تاخذ إفطارك من بوفيه الإفطار وتفطر على الإطلالة الجميلة في غرفتك
قريب من المحطة وسنتر القرية تقريبا مشي 6 دقائق
