- modern facilities and short Uber ride to the airport
- room service never arrived with cutlery and plates

Good location and comfortable bed, pool and spa were good too
Room was very cold and everywhere in the hotel was cold too. Pool was closed at 6pm on Friday for maintenance, which was a bit disappointing. Restaurant service was extremely slow.

Great property, look and feel impressive.
Overcharged for parking (£24 for two cars instead of £20). WARNING - they had a function on, cars dumped around the car park like an apocalypse- after travelling 3 hours you expect to be able to park, took us 20 minutes before a couple of cars had left (getting overcharged increased the annoyance).
荷物をホテルに預けるために車をホテル前に20分停めたら100ポンドの請求があり、クレイムしても相手にしてもらえません。荷物を預けるのに20分かかったのはフロントにホテルのスタッフが1人しかおらず時間がかかったためです。インターネットで調べたら、同様の事例が過去にもあり、経営と協議し対処するとのことですが何もされていません。大変に不誠実なホテルです。
