The room was spacious
The staff are rude from the check in to the breakfast and check out, every single one was rude, rolled eyes and genuinely disinterested in helping guests. All breakfast items were cold and the coffee was horrendous.

Ample rooms, gym, sauna and swimming pool facilities. Easy to book transfer to LHR, which was affordable, convenient and good value for money.
Lack of ventilation in the room, which felt stuffed and heavy. No room service menu in the room. Staff was OK but not friendly enough to make you feel welcome or valued as a customer.

Not much to be honest!
1. Lack of information and knowledge from reception staff
2. Incorrect room allocation and the expectation we should move our luggage due to their error.
3. Being charged for a meal which resembled the menu description poorly. Invisible lettuce, tomato and gherkins along with a spicy patty despite asking for the spicy sauce to be omitted you would have thought they would have mentioned the patty was spicy. The menu description made no mention of this.
