Pros:

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was expensive. The king size bed felt like it was lower in the middle causing us to roll to the middle while sleeping. They do not supply washcloths, had to use larger hand towels in the shower. The lighting was very dim.

Booked an airport view but no view as blocked with trees and other buildings. Told I would be reimbursed 20%: accepted this but still waiting 1 week later!

Cons:

Check in was a mess - do it yourself, takes 3 times as long. Parking is a joke. The room was average. Bar too full to even try to eat there.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Room was immaculate, staff at check in were friendly and very helpful. Location was great for the airport. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. My sister and her family were also upgraded to a suite which was very unexpected but very much appreciated.

El personal era muy antipático. No nos ocurrió en ningún otro hotel. Todas las veces que necesitamos algo, nos contestaron muy mal y de mala gana. La verdad es que nos sorprendió. Tampoco tienen servicio propio de autobús al aeropuerto. Tuvimos que tomar la línea que comunica todos los hoteles y que pasa una vez cada hora

Big room , clean modern hotel.

Cons:

Distance from Heathrow, shuttle bus takes a while comes every hour. 7 GPDS each, or the taxi was quick 19GPDS.

Good stay do not think bar food reflected the price.
Pros:

Location, some of staff were extremely helpful, bar area and room were nice.

Cons:

Room was very warm and air con was noisy. Bar food could have been better.

Clean, comfortable, excellent except self-service check-in.
Pros:

Lovely room, comfy beds, great food in the restaurant with friendly and helpful wait staff. Convenient location for shuttle bus pick up.

Cons:

Check in was a bad experience. Self service and crowded with no-one knowing what to do. Not the normal welcoming experience you expect from a 4 star hotel.

Automated check in process didn't work having typed everything in. Online checkout didn't work first time. Noisy and busy in lobby. Shuttle busses unreliable

Why no free shuttle service to airport, its the reason we chose to stay there, cost was 25 lb each way, other wise I would have booked central London
