Good location. Cheap bike rental and laundry across the road
There were no staff on site when we arrived, we had to look around all the rooms to find our one. Also paths were a bit slippery and dark at night

Creepy guy working there. He threatened us after picking up our luggage on the checkout day. He asked for extra money every time, and even if we had already paid for renting a scooter for 48 hours, he asked for extra money during these 48 hours for using the motorbike. He said things like I am going to finish you, I am going to kick you or I am going to kill you after trying to explain to him that the service was already paid. I have never experienced something like that in more than 60 different countries that I have visited up to now.
The room was OK, but WC looks like it has never been washed. It is really a petty because the place has a good potential for being great. WiFi does not work, and there is no soup in the dispenser on the bathroom.
I strongly do not recommend this accommodation.
Pleasant guesthouse near the centre of Kuta. As it's a little bit off of the main road it was quiet.
No restaurant but only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest restaurants and shops.
Only accept payment in cash which is fine as the owner messaged in advance to point this out.

It is very open bamboo house no windows to lock. open walls… mosquitos and bugs around..
A/C do get cold because is all open.
Bathroom was very old … cold water with no pressure. The bed was smelly .
I’m not very picky and I can deal with stuff but for $130 usd I felt robbed.

Quite good location with mart nearby and other shops
Not a single basic amenities in the room, the room air-conditioning not working, no fan provided, the worst toilet ever and it's very dirty, shower running water pressure too low, and ants, cockroach and mosquito is a permanent companion daily throughout the stay, with the amount paid it's not worth staying.
Good rooms for a really logical price. The staff were super nice too. It also had hot shower.

Good location, near the main road but in a quiet side road. Our host was super nice and friendly. The garden is beautiful. Didn't use too much the pool as we went to the beach all day.
Bed was not comfy, mattress was really old and had 2 big subsidence due have been used since a long time. Towels were a bit oldy too, not really white anymore. And the room could have been more comfy with more furniture and decoration. Also bathroom could use a bit of furniture to store personal stuff.
The territory is amazing, green and beautiful.
To start with, the place is for sale, you can see an ad at the main gate. Maybe that’s the reason why it is so neglected and not maintained at all. There is mold everywhere. It’s very dirty. Bedsheets were in stains. The mattress was so much used, that I felt drowning in it, my spine hurt next day. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so you may imagine mold and smell there. I had to checkout earlier as I couldn’t stay for longer. Attaching some photos.
