“It is our continuous endeavor to offer our guests the best of our product and services. Starting from 28th January 2024 till 15th April 2024 our hotel Gateway Chikmagalur IHCL SeleQtions will be undergoing Swimming Pool renovation. During this period the hotel will be operating with no Swimming Pool facility. We assure you that we will take all necessary measures to minimize any inconveniences that may be caused to our guests during this phase of renovation. We sincerely regret for any inconvenience that may still be caused due to this upgradation. Thank you for your support, cooperation and understanding."

Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Exceptional property and wonderful hospitality
Pros:

My daughter's third birthday celebration was exceptional. From the room's décor to the special request of Chinese cuisine and the staff's musical performance, every detail contributed to a memorable event. While the venue's inherent beauty is noteworthy, the exceptional staff truly elevated the experience.

A beautiful, serene, peaceful getaway surrounded by warm welcoming people!
Pros:

Amazingly beautiful property with very warm and caring staff. The resort general manager, front office manager and staff, F&B manager and staff, and housekeeping folks were each exceptional. Mr. Sudheesh went out of his way to help us out and make our stay very comfortable. Manjula too was the fountain of information and very warm. The restaurant chefs and staff remembered our personal preferences and seemed to intuitively know what we needed. Highly recommend this place!
