El personal no es muy agradable.

Cons:

La primera impresión cuando entramos a la habitación fue mala porque olía muy mal, después subimos al sky bar que el horario es de 12 a 19 y a las 18:20 cuando subimos el camarero había cerrado y aunque nos vio intentar abrir la puerta no nos abrió. La comida estaba correcta aunque en el comedor a veces es difícil encontrar mesa.

Súper!!!
Pros:

Ya hemos ido varias veces! El hotel está súper limpio! Las habitaciones geniales y muy muy limpias, agradecer el upgrade! Pero el personal de recepción necesita mejorar su trato al cliente! ( sobre todo la jefa de recepción)Y el metre del comedor también, vi como le hablaba fatal en la cena a un señor mayor!
Por lo demás el hotel genial como siempre, comida genial, una fideuá súper rica, pero la paella el sabor rico, pero recién sacada ya estaba el arroz apelmazado de pasado..
Por lo demás bien…

Cons:

La anterior vez que estuve en bg tonga tower tuve mejor experiencia. Esta vez quise repetir pero me lleve una decepcion. En regimen todo incluido: el snack no es snack, es una comida a la carta.
La atención en el bar es lenta y muchas veces antipatica.
Podrían poner más gel y champu en la habitacion.
En la habitación (suite) dan cafetera pero sin agua en su deposito.

El spa es acogedor familiar e íntimo. Ñas habitaciones son muy cómodas y la decoración muy agradable

Cons:

Llegamos tarde por trabajo y tuvimos un problema con booking. El hecho de que no sepodia reservar directo a la recepción y buscar como solucionarlo con booking nos ha hecho perder tiempo y generado estrés de no saber si al final íbamos a poder quedarnos a doemie o no.
El restaurante esta enorme muy ruidoso y para personas altamente sensibles o con autismo está sie do algo agobiante. Sin embargo todo el personal en la sala es muy amable y hace lo mejor posible.
