Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena , a 30min de las cuevas del drach, a 20minutos de Alcudia y el hotel a 10min del paseo marítimo. El buffet INCREÍBLE de los mejores sitios en los que hemos estado , una gran variedad y calidad de los alimentos , en cuanto al hotel una pasada , cuenta con varias piscinas y la principal es enorme , no sé imagina uno lo grande que es, cuando llegas y la ves flipas , el personal super educado y nosotros en las fechas que hemos estado estaba todo muy bien en cuanto a gente y demás, en meses como julio y agosto pues ...no sé !!! Sin dudas en las fechas que hemos estado nosotros volvería sin ninguna duda !!!! Un 10 de 10!!!

Nice Hotel, nice staff, great location!
Pros:

Nice location, its the highest building, so you can see it from kilometers

Cons:

The breakfast is from 8-10:30, so its very full, it doesnt matter what time it is.

Las personas de recepción muy educada, amable, muy simpático me encantó hablar con ellos y me solucionaron sin problemas un detalle que no me gustó

Cons:

Que la habitación que me dieron no estaba limpia parece que había otro cliente antes y no la hicieron, el baño sucio,la sábanas sin cambiar, papelera de basura sucias etc..pero la chica de recepción muy amable me cambio a otra habitación y todo estuvo genial

Pros:

El hotel es enorme, cuenta con al menos 3 piscinas, pista de tenis, piscina para niños y habitaciones amplias y cómodas

Cons:

La TV era muy antigua, no tenía saler TV y no se veían bien los canales. El personal un poco estirado para mi gusto , las paredes se oía todo! Y hacía mucho ruido la ducha …

The hotel is located within a short walking distance from the beach and a very lively street full of souvenir shops, restaurants, and cafés. Everything was great — the room was clean, the area was well maintained, and we honestly have nothing negative to say.

Miła obsługa
Pros:

To nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i nie ostatni. Czystość, pyszne śniadania i pomocny, życzliwy personel na recepcji (szczególnie młody Pan, który przy wymeldowaniu o 4 rano pożegnał nas uśmiechem, kazał wziąć sobie coś na małe śniadanie na drogę i jeszcze dziecku dał loda (icecream für smile). Po zameldowaniu o 21 gdzie restauracja już była zamknięta dostaliśmy kolację do pokoju. Naprawdę dobrze nam się mieszkało w tym hotelu.

Pros:

Pyszne śniadania (mega duży wybór), czystość (+codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, ścielone łóżka, odkurzone i nawet balkon ogarnięty), panie sprzątające też myślące i w upalne dni nawet zasłaniały zasłony i włączały klimatyzację żebyśmy mogli wrócić do chłodnego i czystego pokoju (aż miło).

Cons:

Generalnie minusów brak -jednie basen wewnętrzny mógłby być trochę większy bo w chłodne/deszczowe dni jest tam tłoczono.
No i śniadania mogłyby być zdecydowanie wcześniej niż o 8 (przy chęci zwiedzania od rana gdy jest potrzeba wyjechać wcześniej trzeba wybierać czy pyszne śniadanko czy jednak brak tłumów w ciekawych miejscach)
