Struttura molto bella e accogliente in ottima posizione
Pros:

Ottima posizione. Signora molto disponibile. Colazione di qualità. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di prepararsi una spremuta d’arancia sul momento. Presente spa a disposizione degli ospiti

Cons:

Deposito sci un pó angusto in caso di hotel pieno ma nello specifico non abbiamo avuto alcun problema

Cons:

we reserved the hotel through booking, but when a few days before we contacted them for confirmation they stated that the price would have been different than the one sold on facebook (almost double) and that they had no availability anyway. Too bad. Not sure if it was facebook mistake or them being troubles.

Отель расположен идеально, лучше не бывает. Три минуты ходьбы до автобусной остановки, практически рядом с отелем хороший и недорогой ресторан-пиццерия, чуть дальше большой супермаркет. Несмотря на то, что наши окна выходили на улицу, в номере было тихо, машины не беспокоили. Просторные, очень удобные и уютные номера в альпийском стиле с прекрасно оборудованным санузлом. Приветливая и предупредительная хозяйка. Очень хорошие завтраки с достаточным ассортиментом и прекрасным качеством продуктов. Гостям отеля на время проживания предоставляется sudtirol guest pass, дающий возможность бесплатно пользоваться автобусами Южного Тироля.

Nema tu ništa dobrog

1/5 – Nikad više. Katastrofa od smještaja.
Ovo nije nikakav hotel, nego običan smještaj koji se lažno predstavlja boljim nego što jest. Nema recepcije 0-24h kako bi čovjek očekivao, nego se ponašaju kao da gost mora moliti za osnovne stvari.
Vlasnica je izrazito bezobrazna i neprofesionalna. Trebali smo doći kasno zbog puta i umjesto razumijevanja dobili smo prijetnje da nas neće pustiti unutra ako dođemo iza 21h. Nevjerojatno je da smještaj koji prima goste uopće ima takav stav – kao da vam rade uslugu što ste platili.
Trazili smo također na bookingu 2 odvojena kreveta te odgovor na to nismo nikad ni dobili, ne odgovaraju uopce na bookingu.
Što se tiče parkinga – na oglasu piše da imaju parking za goste, ali u stvarnosti postoje doslovno 3 mjesta uz cestu i to ako imate sreće da su slobodna.
Doručak je ispod svake razine. Osnovno, jadno i bez ikakvog truda, a vrhunac svega su bila jaja koja su nam poslužili sirova.
Sve u svemu, loše iskustvo, loša usluga i neugodna atmosfera. Ne preporučujem nikome.

Felt like home
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying here. We were here for the Olympics, and could not check in during the stated time, the lady was very kind and let us arrive earlier, so we dont rush after the games.
Hotel is renovated! Room was amazing, extra clean and extra warm. You could regulate the heating. Bathroom was excellent, with warm floors! Brand new room.

The lady was the nicest person. We had small language barriers, but through the smiles we managed everything. In this region it’s better to know Italian or German, that’s normal.

I can recommend. Hotel is very quiet, guests are nice too, we had the best sleep here.

Breakfast was very good, the lady also offered us perfectly boiled eggs 🥰 bread, fresh juice, cheeses, butter, many jams, vegetables, muesli, yogurts - everything was fresh and high quality.

Hotel is very close to the ski rental and ski lift. The city is nice as well. We read the negative reviews for hospitality here, but I guess it’s just language issue. We were sad people wrote this about the nicest lady. 🤍 ☹️ this place is very good.

We did not use sauna, however I assume you have to book it.

Cons:

I would love to have a small kettle and the tea in the room in the winter, but it’s a small thing :)

Molto accogliente!
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è molto buona, la camera era pulita e ben insonorizzata. Colazione semplice e completa, non mancava nulla. La proprietaria dell’hotel è stata accogliente e molto simpatica. SPA piccolina ma una bella coccola dopo una giornata fuori
