Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Das Haus macht weniger den Eindruck eines Hotels, sondern eher den einer Pension, da es keinen Rezeption gibt.

Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und weisen sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden und im Bad auf. Bei warmem Wetter fehlt ein Klimaanlage und nicht einmal ein Ventilator wurde bereitgestellt, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm macht. Die Fernsehauswahl beschränkt sich auf die öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender.

Zudem ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig, sodass Geräusche aus dem Flur und auch die Geräuschkulisse Nachts deutlich zu hören sind. Auch dass die Zimmertüren noch mit einem klassischen Schlüssel statt einer modernen Schließkarte geöffnet werden, unterstreicht den etwas veralteten Gesamteindruck. Flecken an der Wand und am Heizkörper sowie Setzungsrisse.

Wir wollen das Zimmer Upgrade, haben 3 Nachrichten über Booking geschrieben und 2 x angerufen - keine Rückmeldung. Hätte ich niemals gebucht.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Das Haus macht weniger den Eindruck eines Hotels, sondern eher den einer Pension, da es keinen Rezeption gibt. Unsere drei E-Mails beim Check in blieben alles samt über das komplette Wochenende unbeantwortet. Wir hatten im Vorfeld telefonisch explizit um ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer gebeten, das Gegenteil war der Fall.

Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und weisen sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden und im Bad auf. Bei warmem Wetter fehlt ein Klimaanlage und nicht einmal ein Ventilator wurde bereitgestellt, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm macht. Die Fernsehauswahl beschränkt sich auf die öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender.

Der Putz kommt von den Wänden, sind fleckig (Schmutzradierer wäre gut gewesen), und die Heizung im Badezimmer lässt Ekel zu. Siehe Bilder.

Une excellente adresse, sous tous rapports.
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal, facile à trouver après avoir quitté l’autoroute 61. La délivrance des clefs, hors horaire de la réception, était simple et agréable (via un système automatique). L’hôtel est coquet; nos chambres étaient spacieuses, idem dito pour leurs salles de bain; les lits et leur literie étaient d’excellente qualité, la propreté était irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et d’une présentation soignée et appétissante. La réceptionniste et la personne chargée du petit-déjeuner étaient accueillantes et très serviables. Cet hôtel est une excellente adresse.

Cons:

Rien n’est à améliorer, de notre point de vue. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour.

Dejlig atmosfære
Pros:

Skønt hotel i Rheinböllen! Sød og rar ejer der hjælper med alt hvad hjertet kunne begære! Kan virkelig anbefale dette hotel. Lækker morgenmad og dejlige værelser, derudover har de en skøn undendørs terrasse!

Skønt hotel!!
Pros:

Vi var strandet i Rheinböllen fordi vores bil brød sammen, og ejeren af hotellet var så venlig og sød. Hun prøvede virkelig at hjælpe os videre, at give gode råd, og assistere med aktiviteter i nærheden! Morgenmaden på hotellet var vildt lækkert, værelserne skønne og rene og så var deres udendørs terrasse dejlig!

Pros:

Comfortabel hotelletje langs de snelweg. De kamers zijn vrij ruim en de prijs is niet te hoog. Jammer dat het restaurant gesloten is, maar vlakbij is een goed Indiaas restaurant.

Schoon. Erg goed ontbijt. Fijne ligging.

Cons:

Het was heel warm op de kamer en de ramen konden in de nacht niet open blijven vanwege een plat dakje onder het raam (inbraakgevoelig). Er was geen mogelijkheid tot afkoelen van de ruimte helaas.

Great if short stay which fulfilled our needs to break a long journey home to Blighty
Pros:

We ate at the Punjabi restaurant a few yards away which was a nice change from German/Austrian food. As a result we did not eat a lot for breakfast although we could have had much more. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We chose to stay here because the hotel appeared to be about half way from Tyrol to Rotterdam from where we caught the ferry to Hull the next evening. We were not disappointed and we would stay here again.

Cons:

Only the DIY check-in on arrival where we had to use the telephone number provided to find the door which the key would open. Sorted. Otherwise a great but short stay.
