Cons:

Es war leider nicht sauber und alles ist ziemlich in die Tage gekommen.
In unserem Zimmer waren sehr viele Mücken- aber leider keine Moskitonetze.

Es gab nur kuschelige Synthetikdecken, aber keinen Bezug oder Laken für diese.

Kathi sagte uns, dass wir obwohl wir das Familienzimmer für 3 gebucht hatten, nur ein Anrecht auf zwei Frühstücke hätten

Pros:

L'accueil exceptionnel de Katy, ses histoires, ses conseils, son franc parler... on se sent bien dans cet hôtel, la convivialité étant toujours présente. Les chambres sont propres et bien tenues, la literie très confortable. Et Katy parle français, point important pour nous. Un super premier contact avec le Cambodge, nous reviendrons.

Pros:

Die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit, gibt gerne Tipps, was man unternehmen kann, und hilft beim Buchen eines Busses. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, und im Hostel gibt es viele Tiere..

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar nicht super zentral, aber die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt lassen sich trotzdem gut erreichen

El hostal tiene buena ubicación. El personal es inigualable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Las instalaciones estaban limpias. Muy recomendable!

Location was OK.

Cons:

One staff member walks with a permanant scowl on her face and is quite rude. The area is noisy with animals. Staff should control the ac and not the guests, as one guest kept turning it really too cold and stopped me sleeping, as my bed was next to the unit . They give you a thin blanket only , so I slept in my coat

Super séjour
Pros:

Tout est super, les hôtes sont au top. Après une mauvaise expérience nous avions bien besoin de rencontrer Cathy pour nous remonter le moral. Nous avions une grande chambre avec une immense terrasse sous les arbres, très agréable ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant la nuit comme partout dans les grandes villes

Not worth of the money, the service is quite bad and though the location is accessible.
Pros:

The location is quite accessible to all government offices and the city center. It was only 5 mins drive to restaurants and mart like Super duper. It was quite convenient. And I love the cats there. There are adorable if you are a cat person.

Cons:

The first impression and encounter with the owner, not the wife but the husband who is an old French man was quite a bad experience. I am not a dog person and worst I have a phobia for dogs and there was a dog which barked at me, not only me, whomever comes at the door. I understand that is for the security. However, I was afraid to go inside and then the owner - husband of Katy told sarcastically with some aggressiveness to me if you are afraid don’t go inside then. Stay here( like i would remain there because of my phobia with dogs like I am the problem). Then he said, That is my dog and I have it for security purpose. That’s exactly how he told me which is not the way to tell a customer who comes first in the morning. I travelled a long journey with a night bus and that was definitely not good to hear for the first thing in the morning. I was quite tired to respond to him so I left him like that. The wife was quite friendly and she showed me the room though she was injured (she told me she fell and hurt her leg the day before). Now coming to the facilities. The AC was not working properly. It was quite old. At night it stopped working and before that quite noisy. There was no hot water available but I didn’t bother to complain coz I don’t want to stress out the lady and I didn’t want to have another stupid argument if that old man was involved plus it was a short stay. The soaps were used before. And the container pump dispenser for liquid soap was not working. It was quite uncomfortable overall. Hope they can fix next time and be polite to their guests no matter who they are and no matter which nationality or appearances.

Elle donne des conseils pour visiter la ville et bien manger ! On recommande son établissement à 200%

Très bon accueil, confortable et propre :)
Pros:

Katy m’a très bien accueilli !! On a bien discuté sur différents sujets et elle est d’une bonne aide pour réserver ou avoir des conseils.
La chambre à partager était confortable et très propre, ainsi que de l’eau chaude qui l’est pas toujours le cas partout

Cons:

Un peu plus loin du centre historique mais cela se fait quand même bien à pied :)
Ajouter peut être une lumière par lit pour avoir son espace plus confortable.
