Très bon Homestay pour visiter Phnom Penh, je recommande !
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien pour visiter la ville. L’hôtel est confortable. Et la propriétaire Katy, qui parle français, est très sympathique et ultra intéressante de par ses expériences et son histoire. Elle n’a pas la langue dans sa poche, ça fait du bien de parler vraie avec elle, merci !

Cons:

Il y a une boîte de nuit juste en face, du coup c’est très bruyant le soir jusqu’à tard dans la nuit.

Pros:

The atmosphere is really familiar. There is an outdoor common area where you can stay! The room has enough space and it was clean. The owner is a nice and funny person!

l’emplacement était pas mal et le prix était attractif

Cons:

personnel moyen, si vous devez laisser votre sac après le check out à vos risques et périls, il sera posé sur une table, à la vue de tous y compris les gens dans la rue et je peux vous assurer que n’importe qui peut entrer dans l’établissement sans soucis. Si vous vous réveillez au matin en ayant chaud c’est normal, la clim est activé de 19:00 a 7:00 du matin, la télécommande est récupéré à 7:00..
Endroit moyennement propre avec de nombreux chats, j’aime les animaux mais les odeurs d’urines ne sont pas très rassurantes

Pros:

The best thing about it is the staff—they’re all very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The outdoor area is lovely, with tables and a pool where you can relax. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. You can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the value for money is very good, considering the prices in Phnom Penh. Also the location was ok for me, in few minutes you have a really nice street with restaurant, coffee places. And you can arrive to the main points to visit by walking, as well.

Cons:

I had a few issues with some people in the large dormitory, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—it’s down to the guests, who can sometimes be inconsiderate of others. I spent my last night in the 4-bed dormitory, and everything was perfect.
