Pros:

Все по немецки чисто, аккуратно, продумано, приветливо. Хороший спа в отеле.

Cons:

В отеле отличный лобби-бар, приходят вечером люди с улицы, пьют пиво, громко разговаривают, просто «ржут громко» над собственными шутками, создают неудобства для посетителей и персонал не реагирует и без замечаний, как будто это «забегаловка на рыночной площади», а не отель 4 звезды.

Ein luxuriöses Hotel im Herzen Berchtesgadens zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Das luxuriöse, von einer Hotelierfamilie aus dem Salzburgischen mit viel Erfahrung geführte Hotel liegt mitten im Herzen Berchtesgadens. Mit großzügigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten, großem SPA, Hallenbad und Whirlpool auf dem Dach sowie drei Restaurants kann man hier entspannen, genießen und sich einfach wohlfühlen. Dazu trägt auch der aufmerksame und freundliche Service bei. Das Restaurant ist hochklassig. Genial ist der Blick vom Dach über die Altstadt auf die umliegende Bergwelt, vor allem natürlich auf den Watzmann. Busverbindungen zu allen touristischen Zielen sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Bis auf den Besuch im Panorama Restaurant war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und entspannend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch, lecker und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.
Freundliches und angenehmes Ambiente.

Cons:

Der außen Whirlpool wurde gewartet, sollte aber am 13.11.25 wieder benutzbar sein. Leider war dies nicht der Fall (zumindest bis 13:00 Uhr)da wir an diesem Tag abgereist sind war es leider sehr schade.
Der Service im Panorama Restaurant war unprofessionell, zu laut und unhöflich.
Dafür war der Service am Empfang, Bar und Frühstück sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm.

Pros:

Grosse und komfortalbe Zimmer, ruhige Lage, trotz Strasse/Fussgängerzone. Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum, zu Fuss an den Königsee ist sehr schön am Fluss entlang. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Weitblick in die Berge. Swiming Poll auf dem Dach ist ganz orginell. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Felt there was no value for money and staff had a pretentious attitude

The reception was short staffed. They should have a dedicated concierge . The reception always looked harassed when you asked them sight seeing questions . I had an incident in the breakfast room when one of the staff moved my bag because someone ws Ted that table. . There were no allotments of tables at breakfast time. I received no apology from management even though others have said the management tries to meet all new clients
