Lovely individual style , very comfortable room. Great breakfast
Nothing
Location
Reception staff helpful and friendly
Bed comfy
Decor, very friendly staff and good location. Good to have a mini fridge and nice touch having mini bottle of milk supplied.
Parking across the road very convenient.
Our room was very hot and whilst we turned down the thermostat it had no effect.
Would be good to have a proper kettle to make tea and not rely on the espresso machine.
Quite pricey for a one night stay with breakfast.
Quirky quiet rooms. Lovely staff. Good breakfast and evening meal. Easy parking and walking distance to the town centre.
The room was darkly decorated and the lighting was poor due to eco bulbs being used. Could only read at night using the light from my phone
Loved the decoration and furnishings in this friendly and welcoming Hotel. Rooms are a very good size, The Hotel is easy to drive to, just on the edge of the town. Parking is directly across the road, sadly Pay and Display, but free overnight so not expensive
A good choice of Hot and Cold breakfast, promptly prepared, cooked and delivered.
A very short walk into the town.
Highly recommended base to explore the delights of the Cotswolds
I am a repeat guest. I think this was my 6th stay. Speaks for itself. I love Ingleside House & the staff are fabulous!
Nothing I don’t like.
Good location. Friendly staff. Very clean . Nicely decorated. Parking right next to the hotel
Maybe lots of stairs , no lift ( although this didn’t affect us but might put off more elderly guests). No air conditioning, room was quite warm in February so would be far worse in the summer months. We had to have the window open and due to its close proximity to a main road it was quite noisy.
Lovely hotel, fabulously decorated with on site restaurant as a bonus - restaurant was on the pricier side but the food was excellent, our room was absolutely lovely - very quiet despite facing the road, we were on the top floor. Very comfy bed, great shower and good facilities in the room. Staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is no lift (for those who might need one) and there are a lot of stairs to upper floor rooms so mention this if you don't like / aren't able to climb a lot. Fabulous hotel and we'll be back.
Good location nice room.
Loud music right under our room - we weren’t aware they had live music that went on late.
Breakfast was cold, waitress seemed preoccupied and not very friendly
The Christmas decor
Our bathroom was dirty, our food was terrible I am 5 months pregnant and had to send the prawns back as they were undercooked and the risotto was also freezing cold . Food was sent back twice such a shame as it was our first wedding anniversary!!
Lovely hotel. Fantastic location, staff are friendly and the rooms are gorgeous
I stay away alot for work and this is now my new favourite place to stay whilst travelling around Cirencester /Cheltenham area. Location is great, rooms are absolutely lovely. Radio was playing when I arrived and was shown to my room which was a lovely touch.
I would now stay here for leisure aswell as business.
I was worried about parking as there isn't any at the hotel, but there is a very reasonably priced carpark literally opposite on the other side of the road.
There was a small issue with my TV in the morning which wasn't a problem as I just popped the radio on whilst getting ready. I have nothing else of a negative nature to say
Beautiful old building only 10 minute walk from the city centre and next door to the lovely Barn Theatre.
The condition of the room was tired and didn’t meet the (price) expectation.
One of the bedside lamps didn’t work, soap holder in the shower hanging off, wonky loo roll holder, toilet seat didn’t stay up on its own, peeling paint in the bathroom, no details on wi-fi access or guest services in the room, a strange plate of crumbs under a glass cloche presumably left from the previous guests, and the shower tray’s profile was too low to contain the water flow from the shower.
Breakfast was tasty but chaotic… we were told they’d run out of clean mugs which meant waiting for a drink, and food finally arrived after 45 minutes wait. Staff were very lovely but all very young and green… needs some strong leadership putting in place.
