Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels als Ausgangslage war super.
Beim Frühstück gab es diverse Brote und Brötchen vom Bäcker!! Eine Wahl zwischen Filterkaffee und anderen Kaffeesorten.
Die Frühstückzeiten sind außergewöhnlich bis 12 Uhr und das tgl.
Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna, sowie die Bereitstellung von Wasser und Tee.
Die in der Gästekarte - bezahlt mit der Kurtaxe - enthaltenen kostenlose Fahrten mit Bus, Bahn und den Fähren, ausser der Fähre in Rathen.
Der Fitnessraum ist für ein Hotel in Ordnung.

Cons:

Auswahl an Wurst- und Käsesorten müsste abwechslungsreicher sein. Es gab tgl die gleiche 2-3 Sorten als Auswahl.
Im Saunabereich liegen keine Handtücher aus für den Saunagang.
Es gibt nur 1 großes Duschtuch als Saunagandtuch. Dieses ist kurz um darauf zuliegen. Auch wird es nur nach Aufforderung gewechselt.
Der Ruhetaum ist nicht gemütlich.
Im Fitnessraum wäre ein anderer Bodenbelag sinnvoller, da der Boden sehr glatt ist, kann man mit der Matte schnell Ausrutschen.

Сніданок супер ,великій вибір страв і напоїв.Приємний бонус -шампанське а також безкоштовні квитки на автобуси і трамвайчик.Гарна сауна і тренажерний зал.Рекомендуємо відвідати і побачити на власні очі чудові краєвиди Саксонської Швейцарії та прогулятися на кораблику по річки Ельба.

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.Besonders hat uns das Spätaufsteherfrühstück gefallen. Für Nachteulen genau das Richtige.

Funkcjonalna łazienka, rzadko w hotelach spotyka się tak wygodnie urządzone łazienki. Poza tym przemiły personel, świetne położenie. Miłym zaskoczeniem był fakt, że mogliśmybez opłat skorzystać z parkingu przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu.
