Pros:

Gastgeber waren sehr nett
Aufgrund der sehr hohen Temperaturen am vergangenen Wochenende wurde uns freundlicherweise ein besseres Zimmer mit Balkon für eine angenehmere Lüftung zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke hierfür.
Das Abendessen im zugehörigen Ristorante war frisch und sehr lecker mit gutem Service.

Cons:

Sauberkeit und Zustand Bad. Keine Haken für Handtücher, keine Duschabtrennung. Schrank im Zimmer war innen staubig.

For the price, I wasn't expecting luxury, but there were a few disappointing issues.
Pros:

The location was great, the price was exceptionally low

Cons:

The room had a strong smell of the previous guest's cologne, the pillow smelled of sweat, and there was visible black mold around the shower seals.

The biggest problem, however, was the heat. During the heat wave, the room became unbearably hot. The hotel provided a small fan, which I appreciated, but it was too noisy to sleep with and only circulated the hot air. Even with the window open, the room never cooled down, so I ended up booking another hotel after the first night.

I don't blame the hotel for the weather, but if you're staying during very hot weather, it's something to keep in mind.

Perché si sceglie un albergo?

Perché si sceglie un hotel invece di affittare un appartamento?

Nel mio caso, lo faccio per avere un minimo di interazione, ricevere informazioni sul luogo, avere la possibilità di fare colazione, avere il cambio della biancheria.
L'hotel era chiuso al mio arrivo, un cartello sulla porta informava (solo in tedesco, che io non parlo) che i gestori erano in vacanza e invitava a contattare un numero di telefono.
Mi è stato dato un codice al telefono, grazie al quale ho recuperato la chiave della mia stanza da un box automatico.
Raggiunta la stanza, altro cartello solo in tedesco informa che a causa di aumento costi, non viene fornito il cambio biancheria, non viene rifatto il letto né pulita la stanza durante il soggiorno.
Chi vuole, deve chiedere il servizio per un costo aggiuntivo di 10 euro/giorno.
In albergo non c'è nessuno, la sala colazione è sbarrata, ovviamente non si può fare colazione.

Nei messaggi di conferma ricevuti tramite Booking, si informava che l'albergo avrebbe potuto essere chiuso e con servizi limitati, ma queste comunicazioni:
- sono fornite solo in tedesco
- arrivano solo dopo la prenotazione e il pagamento (non cancellabile)
- non indicano le date di chiusura

In sintesi, la mia stanza aveva quanto promesso ed era pulita, ma l'esperienza non è stata in linea con le mie aspettative.
Il prezzo è basso, ma se avessi conosciuto prima queste limitazioni, avrei prenotato altrove.

Lage war gut

Cons:

Preis und Leistung passt nicht , schlechte bed Qualität, kein Feuerlöscher im Flur , keine Flucht und Rettungsplan , das kann nicht ein Hotel sein ! Mann muss dass Monteurhaus nennen mit Qualität null !

Völlig ungerechtfertigtes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Ruhige Lage, bequemes Bett

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich runtergerockt und ungemütlich. Abgenutzte Kunstlederbettkopfteil, Schwarzschimmel in den Duschfugen und teilweise verschmutzte Wände.
Die Fenster waren zudem ziemlich dreckig ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber.
