Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent rooms (the baths in the suites are incredible) - very good location, easy to walk to everything. We were frequently asked if there was anything staff could do to help and even given a free meal.
While the cost of the room was reasonable and the meals at La Plaza are reasonable, the drinks are expensive - one thing that felt unnecessary was how expensive the drinks in the vending machines and the mini bars are. Also (this is obviously partly my fault for not learning Spanish/Catalan) but most of the time when we tried to order tap water, we were given and therefore charged for bottled water, which is ridiculously expensive.
Also, this is maybe due to the time of year, but the air con in our room was very weak. It was hard to get it below 22C in the room even when it was colder outside, but it's possible the AC system was turned off due to it not being hot weather. It was just slightly annoying for us as we are used to sleeping in more like 18C and a bit concerning if considering visiting in hotter weather.

Wifi ühendus oli halb ja Chromecast ei toiminud alati.

La propreté de l’hôtel. Le restaurant type buffet à volonté avec l’option halal. Les repas étaient variés et le petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Nous avons pu manger viande et poulet à volonté. La literie est confortable et la chambre moderne. Le personnel est hyper sympa aux petits soins. Cet hôtel vaut les 4 étoiles. Salle de sport gratuite. L’hôtel est bien situé.
Pas de carafe d’eau. Vous devez payer la bouteille de 1 litre à 3,10 euros et il est interdit de l’emporter dans votre chambre.
Les toilettes et salle de bain n’ont pas de porte mais uniquement un rideau. Pas top pour l’intimité et odeurs !!!
Si vous ne prenez pas la vue sur piscine sachez que vous aurez la vue soit sur un stade de foot soit une rue mais la fenêtre fermée on n’entend rien. C’est bien insonorisé. La piscine intérieure chauffée est accessible en payant 25 euros et uniquement sur réservation mais nous le savions au moment de la réservation donc pas de mauvaise surprise.
