Pros:

The hotel is cozy,a home from home. The Receptionist's English is well, and communication is very convenient. The housekeeper helped me with luggage. There are many kinds of breakfast. She made a sandwich for me, which is very delicious. The service attitude is very good. A pleasant check-in experience!

Alana Hotel is lovely place very quiet, the pool is next to my room door , I just open the door and jump in to the pool. the breakfast area also close to the pool. breakfast is very good, I like Lao noodle.

Pros:

I stay in this hotel for 1 night, I was very enjoy with the lovely staff, the room was clean and very good breakfast, there's a nice swimming pool for take a bath when the weather's hot. I'm interesting to stay next time.

Far from the madding crowds

Cons:

Some guests are extremely noisy. We were not given the room that we paid for. The staff make sure that they get a sice of the cake when arranging transport.
