Near market ..so good for convenience
Hot water was not available in night , reception phone was not reachable
Breakfast and Dinner served was good. Reception Lady was professional and very courteous and helpful. Good stay. Value for money.

Owner is very polite and good in nature. They go out of the way to arrange things for their guests. They also provide home made food. Overall room sizes are decent can't expect any view. Hotel is near to market that is a plus point, nearby area is good calm and decent.
Hotel needs some maintenance. Washroom tap was broken so we could not use shower, wardrobe were not in good condition there was some kind of strong smell inside the wardrobe due to which we could not keep our luggage in it. Also bathroom mats were stinking.
There was nothing to like about the stay i had booked 2 rooms for 4 people and when i reached at the stay i was offered 1 single room with 2 beds it was horrible the stay was not cooperating
I reached at the stay arround 1 pm and i went throw alot of traffic and these guys called me right before 10 mins and said the cant offer me 2 rooms i did the booking a day before and on booking.com i had a horrible experience please try to avoid this stay
Location is very peaceful and green. This place gives a home stay kind of cozy feeling. Team was very warm & hospitable throughout our stay. They even decorated our room for birthday. Food was also homely and delicious. We could cover all tourist locations easily from here with own car.
Parking is on roadside since they do not have own parking space and very frequent power cuts(monsoon).

The host, Karishma, was very welcoming. We booked as we were on the way to Mahabaleshwar in the early hours of the morning when the Sleeper bus dropped us and we got picked up by the van for our trip to the Hills to Mahabaleshwar. We arrived well early and still Karishma asked no question, asked for no payment when checking in. It was amazing, although as if she knew we were tired. Now, this is something you look in a host, where he/she anticipates his/her guests and help out to smooth a nice check in experience. She was always at hand with assistance with taxi, pharmacy, Dr which we also needed, so overall the host is what ticked the box. The accomodation itself was ok. I know the host will be doing some renovation work and I would be looking forward to staying there again when it's all done so I can then rate it 10. At the moment, I have rated it 8 purely for the welcome and treatment we were given. It was very nice to know there are still good hosts out there who values guest relations a lot. I wish the host Karishma all the very best and am sure the accomodation will be in great shape when the renovation is done.
Nothing that I need to mention after coming to know there will be renovation works later this year with some insights which I was given when having a conversation with the host, since I do hosts other guests myself at my own lodge.
