Good for all facilities and services. Good view. Overall very good experience.

Nothing at all... rooms in this property worth for 1200-1500 but they are charging almost 3000 per day on online portals which is equivalent to a scamming people.
Pictures shown for this property on online portals look captivating, but reality is totally opposite. I booked my stay in this property, and when I reached it, it was a substandard property shown as high rated property on online booking portals. Below are the negatives I observed:
1. This property is located in a downhill location having steep descend without proper car parking availability.
2. Staff available at the property are not supportive and unable to answer the guests' queries and run here and there. The manager stays in Mumbai and runs his fake hotel business with the help of locals here.
3. I booked Room 105 but was given Room 103 which is not right, though I didn't stay at the property as my family didn't feel comfortable as there were a group of drinkers and No other guests I could see there.
4. This property is not suitable for families and married couples as there is no security and support available. Further, no electricity backup, as I could see in their Google reviews.
5. There are a few highly positive reviews on Booking portals and Google, which are either paid or written by their friends/ closed ones to convince the people. Kindly read their negative reviews first.
6. I was initially asked for 80% of the booking amount but they settled for 50% and I paid Rs.3100 initially, but it went in drain as I didn't stay there after my family started feeling uncomfortable in such situation.
7. I requested the property manager to deduct some amount and refund my booking amount citing the issues with the property but he also didn't cooperate and insisted me to stay 1 night in such a insecured environment where you will find no support in emergency.
8. I bore the loss of Rs.3100/- and booked another property after searching around at 10 PM in Bhilar.

The view from the rooms, cleanliness of the room and washroom, housekeeping staff and owner’s behaviour.
No proximate restaurants, difficult without own transport.
Breakfast was like ration, with a small bowl of poha or upma, anything else you need u have to preorder and pay, this is 1 star property and sold at high premium, not worth the money
