We loved our stay. The staff and family running the hotel were lovely. Plus the location halfway up the slopes was amazi
Pros:

We loved the location. Right in the middle of the slopes. It made it so easy to ski in and out. It was an adventure to get there, up the gondola and down the chairlift etc. But all worth it once we arrived! Lastly the family hosting us were amazing. Even with the language barrier, they went out of their way to make our stay amazing.

Cons:

The shared bathroom plus the showers and bath on different levels, however we appreciate it is an older building.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Dinner and Breakfast were both very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am brand new to skiing, and they helped me find and get to the ski center, which is designed for people who know skiing. The location is very good for skiers and the center is in a very pretty area.

Cons:

All of this is my fault to a large extent, but I did not realize the ski center was on the slope. For someone who is new to skiing, it was very difficult to find and get to. The staff was helpful once I messaged them.

The staff were good but everything else about the stay was horrible.
Pros:

I liked the staff and people who worked there. They were very accommodating and really tried to take care of all our needs.

Cons:

It is secluded, not child friendly for families with small children. There is a bug problem. Only able to reach the resort if you pay for the lift every day so for people just wanting to shop in town you must spend extra money just to return to the hotel.

Great family run business.
Pros:

Family run business which was great.real homely atmosphere.location was super,right on the main slope.the owners were extremely friendly and helpful.many good memories were made at this location.

Cons:

We were on the 5th floor and the stairs were a challenge every day.
Kind of a bit hard to access as lift access is reqd to det to hotel.rooms were small and had low hanging lights which we were constantly banging our heads on

Superb
Pros:

The instructions to get there were very thorough. The staff were quite nice and welcoming of one of us doing remote work while the other went on the snow.

No lifts, but that can't be helped.
