Cons:

The approach road is too much dirty. The rooms are neat and clean but room size is very small. We stay for two nights. They provide water on arrival but on the second day we have to ask for water and they took charges from us. There was tea kettle but no sugar, milk, tea, coffee pouches. They provide us when we ask them to. On the second day we didn't ask for the things and they do not provide it. Language is a big problem which is common in south.
