Great affordable option
Pros:

Very helpful (despite the language barrier), got me checked in and helped when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the cold air.
TV, fridge, bathroom/shower with shampoo/soap, big bed.
Close to the dragon temple, and a 7-11 just down the road.

Cons:

Bad data reception in hotel, no wifi
