Not a 5 star property

Its not a 5 star property like they advertise. Maintenance is so-so, staff is just doing their job, they don't bother to brief you about your entitlements as per package, don't inform about wifi etc unless asked for. The same location which is a boon is a bane! Too noisy to get a good night's sleep! The quality of the tea bags in the room was horrible...the tea offered at breakfast made up for it though.

There are far better places and hospitality nearby that my friends who I met there told me about.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful view of Mother Ganges.

Cons:

It is located right next to the roadside . there are about 100 horns honking per hour and dogs parking. Noise is constant and I was only able to sleep a few hours a night or so. Tried to go to Lakshman Jul bridge by cab or rickshaw and couldn’t get there due to traffic. Staff were not willing to give extra snacks, print my receipt or change my room. Walking to Dan Jul bridge by roadside is also risky.

Pros:

Breakfast was great and wonderfull and the staff is very flexible and helpful. The taste of the food is very good. I would totally recommend it for the family. The place it was is a premium one and I would recommend everyone who is travelling with their family.

Cons:

As they told - I made the last-minute booking through here. The room i got is on the ground floor and there is no view of the Ganga River. The bed is also felt standard. Also, the reception staff didn't enlighten us that there is a complimentary high tea or I missed this on booking-com

Pros:

Hotel is heavily over priced. They are charging 10000 for a night, which doesn’t go with the hotel . There is very little space in room and hotel building also gives very old look.

Cons:

Price for one night doesn’t meet with hotel services and standard. Maximum 5000 is the correct price for this.

The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace* enough! It truly deserves the title of the *best hotel in Rishikesh*. The location is phenomenal, right on the *Ganga Ghat*, with Parmarth Niketan directly across the river. The hotel is also conveniently situated between Ram Jhula and Janki Setu, making sightseeing extremely easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished with a heritage touch that adds to the charm. Waking up to the soothing sound of the Ganga and watching the sun rise over the river was an incredible experience. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The evening Ganga Aarti viewed from the hotel terrace was magical and gave us an authentic Rishikesh experience. For anyone searching for the *best hotel in Rishikesh near River Ganga*, this hotel combines comfort, heritage elegance, and a prime riverside location. Awesome Stay
Pros:

Everything.. right from the ambience, vibe, location, staff.. everything was good.. it will be my goto hotel whenever I am in rishikesh..
The Ganges view from the room is just awesome.. u can just sit for hours in ur room and enjoy the amazing view

Cons:

Nothing as such.. except a small suggestion.. the curtain in the bathroom is bit off the concept.. if it can be changed it will match the interiors of the room.

Great location on the Ganges River with nice, spacious rooms
Pros:

Excellent location and nice setting. Although hotel building is older, it is well maintained. Staff were helpful. Free yoga session was nice. Restaurant had nice variety of foods.

Cons:

Water tank runs out of hot water pretty quickly.

Pros:

Loved it. Was right on the Ganga. They were so generous with their meals their amenities high tea etc.

Cons:

Didn’t quite look like the pictures but their service and generosity made up for it. Plus location was excellent
