Nagyon kellemes, nyugodt szállás. Szép, igényes bútorokkal. A szállás környéke, a tó nagyon szép. Étterem: tökéletes volt az étel minősége, mennyisége, és a felszolgálás. Étterem egész nap működik, ami nagyon pozitív. Reggeli: számunkra megfelelő volt, bőséges, de nem pazarló. A bowling, szauna, billiárd lehetőség számunkra meglepetés volt, nincs eléggé kihangsúlyozva szerintem szállásfoglaló oldalakon, hogy ez is van náluk, viszont így annál nagyobb volt az öröm. Számtalan egyéb más lehetőséget is rejt a hotel. Tó, játszótér, teniszpályák, horgászati lehetőség, wellness (téli szezonon kívül). Szobák: pótágyazva kértünk egy szobát. Sajnos a pótágy alvásra annyira nem jó, nem volt kényelmes, de kanapénak viszont álom. A franciaágy nagyon kényelmes, fürdőszoba a mi szobánkban hatalmas volt. A szállásadó képei helyesek, valósak. Szobák, épület tisztaság tökéletes.

Pros:

A szállás rendben volt,az éttermi felszolgálók kifogástalan,precíz munkát végeztek. Az ételek hibátlanok voltak.

Cons:

A fürdőszobai zuhanyzók penészes több helyen.
A legfelháborítóbb az volt,hogy 1 éjszakát töltöttünk a hotelben és szórakozni szerettünk volna. A billiárd és bowling terem is 16:00-24:00-ig tartó nyitvatartással volt feltüntetve. 20:40-kor szerettünk volna átmenni ezekbe a helyiségekbe,amikor az egyik pincér közölte,hogy 21:00-kor zár a bár és nincs lehetőség játszani.
Szombat este 9-kor.
Így 40.000Ft-ért aludtunk egy “jót”,mivel nem volt más lehetőségünk,annak ellenére hogy pontosan ezek miatt a lehetőségek miatt jöttünk ebbe a hotelba.

Receptionerii nu stiu sa si faca treaba! Transmit informatii false clientilor ,spre exemplu am vrut sa folosim pista de bowling,ne au spus ca e inchiriata doar pana la ora 19 si apoi putem veni,ca nu este nevoie de alta rezervare ,iar cand am ajuns la ora convenita,ne au spus ca e inchiritata pista pana la inchidere. Copiii au fost foarte dezamagiti!

Pros:

Am facut o rezervare in ultimul moment, si am ramas placuti surprinsi. Personalul foarte dragut, au incercat sa vorbeasca engleza toti, camera foarte frumoasa si curata. Mancarea de la restaurant a fost exceptionala si portiile foarte mari. Din pacate am fost nevoiti sa plecam mai repede cu o zi dar cu siguranta o sa revenim intr-un sezon mai cald sa me bucuram si de curtea imensa si plimbarile pe malul lacului

Pros:

Szép környezet nyugodt környék kedves hölgy a recepción kedves pincérek. Reggelinek pedig sokszínű választék. A rántotta tükörtojás bundáskenyér gabona pehely sok féle pékárú teljeskiörlésű is volt.

Cons:

A klímát használtuk fűteni, de 10 percenként kikapcsolt. Így reggelre picit hűvös volt a szobában. De ez nem a szállás hibája. Valami nem tetszett a klímának erőltetni meg nem szerettük volna.
