Pros:

Das freundliche Personal und das kostenfreies Parken hat mir gefallen, ebenso das reichliche Frühstück und die Wellness inklusive Leistungen. Funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommenes Inventar, die Vier Sterne waren mal.

Mindennel nagyon meg voltunk elégedve! Sokat utazom egyedül,családdal. Rendszeresen járok külföldre! Magyarországon is sokszor foglalok szállást,tehát van “tapasztalat” Ritkán találkozom itthon olyan jellegű vendéglátással mint amit a Pagony-ban tapasztaltam ! Segítőkészség,rugalmasság,emberség 5*!!!! Csak ajánlani tudom!!!

Attendiamo la ristrutturazione
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, molto comoda da raggiungere. Se non ci fossero stati i lavori per la ristrutturazione, sono certo che la struttura sarebbe risultata estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa.
Abbiamo pranzato e cenato al ristorante con estrema soddisfazione piatti molto buoni e ben curati. Il fegato d’oca era semplicemente divino.

Cons:

Andrebbe fatto qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione ed ammodernamento di quella che viene definita la spa al piano interrato. Il ricircolo d’aria era poco efficiente e sembrava di fare un bagno di vapore al cloro.

Cons:

Очень маленький номер, отсутствие питьевой воды в номере . Рядом стройка. Утром при выезде не работал лифт.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész. A reggeli finom volt. Kérésünkre másik szobát biztosítottak. Ha elkészülnek a felújítással biztos gyönyörű lesz. Addig csak bevállalósnak ajánlanám.

Cons:

A szálláshely kiválasztásakor számunkra kiemelten fontos volt, hogy legyen kisgyerekek részére kihelyezett játszótér. Sajnos arról a foglalás előtt nem kaptunk tájékoztatást, hogy a hotelt felújítják. A wellness részleg tartozó játszóteret érkezésünk előtt szétszerelték. A hotel fele építkezés miatt le van zárva. A hétköznapi napokon zajlik a felújítás. Reggel 7-kor flexelésre ébredtünk. Majd napközben a felettünk levő szobákban végeztek munkálatokat. Az eredetileg foglalt lakosztályba a tapéta vált le falról és a padló szőnyeg foltos volt. Ettől teljesen el tudtunk volna tekinteni, ha legalább pihenni tudunk egy wellness szállodában.
