Saya bersama anak kecil berumur 4.5 thn malam- malam baru check in jam 23.00, Ketika Saya check in, reception nya adalah kasir mini market di depan apartemen nya & harga kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di booking.com, saya harus menambah 70rb lagi, setelah saya melihat kondisi kamar ini, saya langsung memutuskan utk langsung check out saat itu juga. Dan saya sudah membayar full.

KONDISI KAMAR :
Kamar tidak sesuai 1000% dengan yang ada di foto, keadaan kamar BAU sangat KOTOR, banyak SEMUT, KECOA, HANDUK USANG, SEPRAI + SELIMUT seperti KAIN PEL yang tidak di cuci 10.000 tahun.

Pihak Management OYO ini sangat dzholim terhadap pelayanan & penyediaan kamar apartemen utk customer, saya tidak ikhlas dengan apa yang terjadi kepada saya & anak saya.

Untuk pemilik / Owner OYO 91593 SAN SAN Room apartment , jika saya tidak bisa mendapatkan keadilan di dunia karena bisnis anda menjual kamar apartemen tidak sesuai foto (Kamar Busuk), Anda akan saya tuntut di akherat kelak!!!!!

My 4.5-year-old son and I checked in at 11:00 PM late at night. When I checked in, the receptionist was a cashier at the minimarket in front of the apartment, and the room price didn't match the one on booking.com. I had to add another 70,000 Rupiah. After seeing the condition of the room, I immediately decided to check it out. I had already paid in full.

ROOM CONDITION: The room didn't match the photos 1000%; it smelled very dirty, was full of ants and cockroaches, and the towels were worn out. The sheets and blankets looked like mops that hadn't been washed in 10,000 years.

OYO management is very unjust in their service and apartment room provision. I can't accept what happened to me and my son. To the owner of OYO 91593 SAN SAN Room apartment, if I cannot get justice in this world because your business sells apartment rooms that do not match the photos (Rotten Rooms), I will sue you in the hereafter!!!!!

This hotel was a deplorable experience that I would never want to repeat. The room was disgracefully unhygienic, with urine stains and insects. The mattress, soaked with urine, also contained traces of bodily fluids, probably seminal in nature. Faced with these intolerable conditions, I left the premises after just 45 minutes.

Na hora do check-in cobraram um valor maior do que estava no booking, alegando que estava errado no app, não costumamos aceitar esse tipo de coisa, mas estávamos tão cansados que aceitamos pagar o valor a mais para não ter que ir atrás de outro lugar. Depois vimos que cobravam estacionamento, sendo que no Booking diz que é gratuito, não aceitamos e mais uma vez ele falou que estava errado no app, acho que passou da hora de dar uma conferida no app do Booking e corrigir estes erros. Ficamos um tempo falando e mostrando que dizia gratuito no Booking, até que o rapaz cansou e deu o valor do estacionamento para nós. O lugar é bom, mas essas coisas não são legais, se está no app tem que cumprir.
