A szálodában dolgozó személyzet a vendégekheh való viszonya nagyon jó és kedves. Bármilyen probléma vagy kérést soronkívűl megoldottak csak dicsérni tudom a tevékenységüket és köszönet mindenért.

A szalonok rendelkezésre állnak beszélgetésre, társasjátékra a nap bármely szakában. Többféle sportolási és wellness lehetőséget kínálnak. A masszőr profi. A szabadon látogatható toronyból varázslatos kilátás nyílik a Mátrára. Az éttermi kínálat nagyszerű és változatos volt, a pincérek udvariasak és figyelmesek.
