The front desk staff were consistently polite, courteous, and helpful

Cons:

The guest room furniture appeared quite old and showed clear signs of lacking regular maintenance: worn surfaces, some loose fittings, and an overall tired look that didn’t match what we expected from a 4-star property. The towels were another disappointment—they looked and felt very old, with visible thinning fabric and a few stubborn stains.

飯店房間大且舒適 離terminal 21不遠走路約10-15分鐘 離回曼谷的大巴站走路約10分鐘可到 地點還算方便。
飯店附近有家小小的咖啡廳很不錯 往果菜市場方向也有一家自助洗衣店

Cons:

床頭沒有插頭 不能滑手機順便充電 。

Firstly, All the staff were nice and helpful; with special thanks to Bew and Tan during Breakfast service and the lovely housekeeping team.

We had breakfast included in our stay. The staff were welcoming and there was a really nice variety of dishes and drinks, which were delicious.

There is also an adjoining restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Our room was very spacious with nice bathroom amenities.

We were surprised to receive a complimentary small, lovely decorated cake for Christmas day. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Thank you.

Best hotel I have stayed in on my travels in a long time, you will find this place hard to beat in this town
Pros:

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel from the location, facilities, and staff it is a luxury hotel for budget money absolutely fantastic value can’t praise it enough and if I return to the area I will definitely book here again I doubt even the most hard to please person would be disappointed with this hotel, one in a million
