Jeg blev meget skuffet over standen i forhold til tidligere. Jeg har skiftet til et andet Hotel.
Pros:

Beliggenheden er god i forhold til stranden, indkøb og mad

Cons:

Værelserne trænger generelt til renovering både møbler og badeværelse samt maling.
Morgen mad var meget skuffende i forhold til vores seneste besøg. Denne gang var der kun 2 stk. Toast 2 æg 1 glas juice samt kaffe. Ved tidligere besøg var der buffet.

Cons:

Kleiner Pool mit wenig Schatten und immer belegt. Zimmer mit Poolblick.Zimmer wurde renoviert.Das Bad wurde offenbar vergessen. Alte Armaturen, kleines Waschbecken mit wenig Ablage.Der Lärm der Bars an der Straße war bis morgens zu hören. Oft nur kaltes Wasser, dass nach längerem Laufen erst warm oder heiß wurde. War zweimal im Romeo. Werde es aber nicht mehr buchen

Der Aufenthalt ist ok für Leute die keinen großen Service erwarten.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Gut etwas Laut durch die Bars gegenüber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider in die Jahre gekommen. Und es wird nicht viel Investiert.
Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und die Bar ist gut.

Die Lage war ok und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Relativ zentral im Norden Pattayas mit guter Anbindung zu den örtlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Cons:

Der Pool war schon seit Monaten außer Betrieb, was beim Buchungszeitpunkt nicht kommuniziert wurde und auf jeden Fall die Buchungsentscheidung beeinflusst hätte und letztlich auch hat, denn nach einer Übernachtung haben wir das Hotel verlassen. Fairerweise hat das Hotel nur eine Übernachtung, von gebuchten 6, berechnet, wenn auch mit 843 Baht zu einem viel zu hohen Preis für die Fehlleistungen. In und um den nunmehr stillgelegten Pool tummelten sich die Frösche und Kröten, die bis weit nach Mitternacht einen nicht hinnehmbaren Lärm fabrizierten, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Des Weiteren flossen aus dem Duschkopf keine Strahlen mehr. Vielmehr ergoss sich seitlich ein Wasserschwall, den man mit dem Körper erst auffangen musste. Beim unbedachten Aufdrehen des Wasserhahns schoss der Wasserstrahl über den Waschbeckenrand auf den Bauch oder Boden, je nachdem wo man gerade stand. Unter dem Waschtisch lief ein Tausendfüssler um sein Leben. Sämtliche Elektroleitungen sind aufputz verlegt, was dem Ganzen einen billigen Eindruck verschafft. Ich habe von den beschriebenen Mängeln nur Videos gemacht, die ich hier nicht hochladen kann.

A very delipidated hotel.
I requested a superior room next to pool but received one over looking the carpark entrance. Directly opposite bars
