A very small room, no hot water for shower, no water boiling pot, but the price is for 4 star hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Even a staff made an omlette especially for me. I could experience nice local food there. The staff, especially the receptionists were indeed sweet.

Cons:

I was shocked to see that there was no window in the room. So I asked the staff to change the room to a room with a window. They said that I must pay 900 yen extra per night as I must be moved to a deluxe room. The "deluxe" room had a very small window, but the room got even smaller. There was no hunger space, no shelf Still it was depressing. The room was located at the end of the hall. The first night there was a male guest who was talking loud in front of my room sitting on the floor, while even smoking, dumping the ash on the floor. The shower water was cold, so I It was so sad.
