Pros:

I stayed twice and the second room was much nicer.
The staff booked a taxi early in the morning for me.
The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The stench of cigarette smoke in the lift and onto the non smoking floor is horrendous
The restaurant isn't great.
Breakfast is quite poor.
In my first room the bathroom was really old and run down. Second room was OK.
Never hot water. 0

Bel giardino e ristorante per colazione all'esterno

Cons:

Al ritorno dalla barca mi hanno dato una stanza vecchia (parte vecchia del hotel) nella quale molte cose non funzionavano. Per un taxi pretendevano che lo organizzassi da me. La SPA è inesistente. Mandano una massaggiatrice in stanza e il fitness è abbandonato a se.
Consiglio di organizzare il volo di ritorno dopo l'escursione in maniera da non dover stare una giornata in più in alberghi del genere; a maggior ragione che la località non offre nulla.
Parlando con gli organizzatori dell'escursione si può tornare in airport al mattino.

posizione abbastanza in vicinanza a Kumai dove si prende la barca per il tour

Cons:

albergo vecchio, wi-fi con bassissima connezione, service quasi inesistente, bagno non pulitissimo, prezzo troppo alto per la qualità offerta. Conviene ottimizzare al meglio la partenza e l'arrivo del boat trip con i voli per evitare di perdere tempo in posti simili, a maggior ragione che la cittadina non ha nulla da offrire.

Hotel needs to invest more on room maintenance
Pros:

The staff were friendly. Pool area and the common areas were nicely maintained

Cons:

The room smelt damp and mouldy. The paint was very tired and poorly maintained. There arppeared to be cigarette burns on the wooden surfaces

Friendly, efficient service, very comfortable stay
Pros:

Very friendly welcome, Excellent Breakfast buffet, nice meals in Restaurant with choice of Indonesian and Western dishes.
Very pleasant swimming pool with good changing facilities.

Cons:

Nearby Mosque very noisy in the night

Great hotel before or after the trip to Tanjung Puting NP
Pros:

Great staff, comfy hotel with nice pool. Buffet breakfast with a lot of choice. The receptionist let us check in at 8am. The room was spacious and very clean.
