the location is fine
I went to Perunthalmanna to reconnect with some old college friends. However, during my visit, these hotel guys kept calling me repeatedly, urging me to send my guest back. Apparently, they have a rule that doesn't allow visitors after 11 PM or a certain time, and they were quite insistent about this, which became quite annoying.
Dont recommend this place if you need privacy

Property was clean
Booked with complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant will stay shut during the breakfast hour for the month of Ramadan.
Staff was very helpful went to a nearby hospital canteen and bought us food and we ate in our rooms.
This shouldn't be the case, they should not have allowed us to book rooms with complimentary breakfast, we could have gone out and had a comfortable breakfast from a restaurant.
Anyone booking rooms during the month of Ramadan avoid booking complimentary breakfast.
Room is spacious
The facilities are not maintained properly, bad smell inside the room. No exhaust inside the bathroom. Wifi was there but it was not accessible. Bad room service. No AC in the living area.
