Noite on the pool at night and rooms weren’t comfortable

Music around the pool is very loud during the day, may disturb guests if they want to rest during the day
The sheets had stains in them and should be changed
The room is very small for the price, so the value for money is definetly not there for the general area, it is at least 50% above the reasonable price (especially with no breakfast included)
With no special perks, only complimentary water and, sodas or other snack in the room
The bathroom has a leak in the shower which makes the water go into the room as there is no level difference between the spaces

I enjoyed the pool and the staff was friendly and really made our check in seamless
The location was too remote and we couldn't walk to the beach, the property promised free bikes which were not available, there was a lot of noise on the first night that we couldn't sleep, hated the bathroom, the bathtub/shower was gross and the room was just underwhelming
I like the beautiful view and the service.
I did not like the room’s toilet.

Very loud music and party people in front at the pool until 2am, sleeping impossible, air condition broken, Wifi doesnt work, poor breakfast, Very poor management, they take the full payment (thats stieling)The only lucky was I had booked only for 1 night, fortunatelly in Ponta around you have better and cheepar Hotels.
The small room is not a problem, but if you cant open the toilette door it is a problem, mold i the shower, TV on the side no one can watch tv
