La atención del personal.

Cons:

La suciedad del agua de la alberca. Que no tienen una planta de luz que garantice la continuidad del servicio (se fue la luz de 7AM a 9PM). El desayuno estaba frío.

Looks like there are better hotels in that town but they're not on booking.com
Cons:

Basic room with exposed electrical conduits.
No place to hang towels or anything in the bathroom.
Power went off multiple times at night causing loud messages from the alarm system as well as loud beeps from the A/C.
Surroundings are dirty. One lady from the hotel spent 20-30 minutes picking up trash on the beach in front of the hotel but the rest of the town is full of trash.
