Great value for your money. I just wish the room was a little bit bigger, but it was a good place.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located. And easy to navigate the city.

Cons:

The room in the ad is not the room you get. It is in fact, much smaller.

Great place if you’re looking to save some money.
Pros:

The location is perfect if you’re looking to be near the Castro and have access to the train.

Cons:

It’s older but that really wasn’t a problem. There’s also shared bathroom and showers so if you’re not used to that be prepared. But overall the staff were great.

Ice machine might be nice. And aal the lights were overhead harsh ceiling lamps--some floor/table lamps would be nice for evenings.

Will probably stay again, the location and price are hard to beat.

Another fun long weekend in the city at Twin Peaks Hotel.

Excellent values great location.
Pros:

Great staff! You can tell the owners are putting some work into this property. The lobby is so cute. It's a budget hotel with shared bathrooms, but everything was super clean, no complaints! The bed was not the most comfortable, but definitely not the worst ive experienced. Overall, I was very impressed for the location and value. There's a muni station literally steps away from the front. I'd recommend this place!

Cons:

I didn't stay because it was filthy and stank. Therewasbags of rubbishall along the hallway and the carpet reeked. So, I left and went to the Warwick. Places like this should not have any kind of rating. It was 100^ disgusting.

Solo la ubicación era lo bueno

Cons:

Recamara con mucho olor a humedad, deterioros en ventana, alfombras sucias y percudidas, no había ventilador o aire acondicionado. Jamás volveré a ese lugar.

Fantastic location, great value
Pros:

Fantastic for the price. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms appeared to have been fairly freshly painted. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were reasonably clean. Everything was passably clean and the daily room turnover was nice. Maids did a great job there. Awesome for a solo traveler and I liked the European-style setup. It’s not a 5-star hotel but you aren’t paying 5-star hotel prices and the value is great.

Cons:

Walls were kind of thin and it wasn’t flawlessly clean. The floor to the head of the bed and the side where it touched the walls was kind of dirty but that was easy enough to overlook.
