Twin Peaks Hotel

Staff was very rude to me, my friends were helping me take my luggage to my room and they did not allow them to come in.

We couldn't even get a parking spot. We called ahead to ask where the best place to park was and the person tending the hotel said, "that's your problem." We tried to cancel the stay saying that we could not find a spot to park and the employee told us that it was up to us to figure out how to cancel it. We will NEVER be booking a stay at this hotel again. Terrible customer service as well.

The bathroom was shared, even though the listing stated that it was private when we booked the room. The room itself looked nothing like the photos. The electricity kept going out every day, and we had to contact the staff each time to have it reset. There is also no elevator, which can be difficult when carrying luggage. The interior on the first floor looks completely different from the rooms upstairs.

Extremely small room. A tell-tale piece of sticky paper for rats on the floor. I didn’t see any, but eeek! Bare bones, but good for the price.

Front desk was a bit aloof, and there’s no elevators. If you’re not fit enough to lug a big heavy suitcase up and then down the stairs, then this might not be a good fit for you. Staff don’t help. The hotel / room does have a funky smell.. but you quickly get used to it. It was fine for me in the end. I took the rooms with shared restroom and it wasn’t bad actually - was always kept clean and there’s always hot water / toilet paper.

The shower on my floor was broken and remained so despite my reporting it. The doors in the room didn't open fully. The WiFi didn't work. The room was hot and noisy due to the building design. Overall it seemed overpriced.

Malheureusement, notre séjour a été très décevant. La porte de notre chambre ne fermait pas correctement et nous avons dû appeler le gérant à plusieurs reprises pour essayer de régler le problème.

L’ensemble de l’établissement est très vétuste et manque clairement de propreté. Nous avons même trouvé une souris dans la chambre, ainsi que plusieurs insectes.

L’hôtel est également extrêmement bruyant : l’isolation est quasiment inexistante et on entend absolument tout. Le matin, nous avons été réveillés par des personnes qui parlaient dans les couloirs, mais également par la sonnette qui retentissait à répétition pour tenter de joindre l’accueil.

Autre déception : contrairement à ce qui est indiqué , il n’est pas possible de laisser ses bagages à l’hôtel après le Check out.
