Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos pasos del metro, la limpieza en los espacios comunes es buena
El personal es bastante amable

Cons:

Los baños no tenían lavamanos, por lo que te ibas con las manos sucias hasta tu cuarto para poder lavarlas
No hay alguna especie de frigobar en los cuartos, más que nada para guardar alguna bebida en caso de haberla comprado
Tampoco hay caja fuerte
El lugar esta hecho para que solo llegues a dormir, no hay alguna terraza o algo donde tomar aire

unsatisfied, especially with the price i paid

location & bathroom were nice

Cons:

customer service was just ok, not disrespectful but not very welcoming. doorknob was loose upon arrival & had to be tightened & requires some shimmying to open the door. when bathroom lights & fan are turned off, they dont turn back on for about 10 minutes after each time (front desk said the breaker was out but it happened continuously). one of the bathroom towels was dirty upon arrival. toilet paper roll holder is cheap & does not do its job well (roll kept falling off the holder). i think theres no ac? tried to turn it on & it makes noise but does not push out cold air (it was SO HOT the whole day)

Fair but won’t come back
Pros:

The location is excellent and the room itself is fair - the furniture is new-ish and comfortable, there’s enough space for a longer stay, and a nice big window. The outside isn’t very loud in the evening or morning.

Cons:

I everything concerning toilets and showers were a big disappointment. Rooms need renovations to the point where one of the showers didn’t work properly, and the other had a whole in the wall.

I really liked the room and the place and the location couldn't have been better

Cons:

I'm not from here and I didn't understand the credit only method of deposit payment but it's ok, the good thing is the man let me pay the deposit in cash and he gave me it back and honored that. Overall I would give this place 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ awesome place
