Prime location on the beach.
Pros:

Beachfront and on the Main Street of town. Our room had comfortable beds and a large patio overlooking the beach. The mini fridge was a perk. They also let us extend our stay by a night. The staff we met were very nice.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t very private and needs a new shower head. We had to ask for hand towels and wash cloths. The electronic code to get into the room was 10 digits! Ridiculous. No one came to sweep or collect garbage.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning daily if needed they give you bottled water. Restaurant downstairs. They also let you use the beach chairs for free!

Cons:

Bathroom was mouldy, the wifi did not work at all. Smell from the drains. Birds all night had to wear ear plugs.

Wonderful town with lots of good restaurants. Real nice beach But the SeArena hotel didn’t stand up got the high price

Location on the beach. Ocean view from balcony.

Cons:

No front desk to complain to when the cleaning staff repeatedly did a terrible job or didn’t clean at all. Poorly designed “two bedroom” suite with only one bathroom in one of the bedrooms making it super awkward to service multiple guests.

The sliding door lock didn’t work and was not repaired. Manager showed trick to keeping it partially latched. Room was on first floor balcony just above crowded plaza. No reception just at restaurant.

Pros:

Loved the location!! Right on the beach. Our balcony overlooked the malecon so it was nice to sit outside in the evening.

Cons:

We loved everything except the birds showed up around 4:45am in the trees outside our room and were SO incredibly noisy even my sound machine couldn’t cover them. They eventually left around 7:30.
