Nice Inn for the Price but bring your own drinks and water and you should be fine.
Pros:

I liked the location of the room and I liked we were able to check in to our room early because we called ahead and they were accomadating. The beds were fine too.

Cons:

There was only a vending machine. It would be nice if they offered some coffee or a pitcher of water. Those small details matter! Also my husband took a shower and there was no water pressure. It was just a small drizzle but we were only there for the night so we just dealt with it.

Great place to stay when you are on a budget but want a good location and comfy bed!
Pros:

The location was great and the pool so clean and I believe it was salt water - the bed was comfortable

Great value for the location and obvious efforts made to make the traveler comfortable
Pros:

Great location---right across the street from the beach---rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable--staff was friendly and helpful---creative parking solution, they had three lots/sections to choose from and then the street behind them had easy street parking if there was overflow---appreciated that the parking was complimentary, we got in the lots 60% of the time---pool was clean and refreshing, appreciated that they provided towels at poolside

Cons:

Rooms are not air conditioned though the management does provide several fans for moving the air around---this was fine for April but in the summer when it gets really hot this will not be enough
Minor item: They only give you one key but I am sure they would provide another if asked---I didn't ask, our stay was only 2 nights

The most comfortable, inclusive, friendly staff we have ever encountered during a stay.
Pros:

Hospitality 100000/10, ready to freshen up the rooms, so kind and inclusive. They were on it at all times! Across the street from the beach, 7 min short comfortable walk to the Santa Barbara Zoo, 10 min drive to State st.

Cons:

There was nothing that we disliked about this property.
