No tenian sitio aunque reservamos y nos dijeron que estaban completos , osea nos quedamos sin sitio para dormir… y tubimos que buscar a ultima hora por la noche despues de llegar de un vuelo largisimo otro sitio

Pros:

La amabilidad de la recepcionista y su capacidad para buscarte el cuarto, me transfirieron a otro Hotel cercano con el que tienen al parecer convenio pero todo bien para el precio, razonable!!

Che ho prenotato e al arrivare mi hanno detto che era tutto pieno e sono rimasto per strada con 3 bambini , posto sporco e la persona che ci ha accolto non capiva niente , non ci hanno trovato una sistemazione e avevano le ancora disponibili in booking e mi hanno detto che era per ingannare il argorismo, posti da chiudere secondo me co questo servizio incorretto.

el alojamiento no tenía disponibilidad en su hotel, entonces me mandaron para el hotel Luis V, que no queda en la misma ubicación.. El hotel tenía un olor muy maluco, había cucarachas en la habitación, el desayuno es un desayuno sencillo pan, huevo y café.. y cuando llegue para el check-in en el Hotel Caribbean, la recepcionista súper grosera, me dijo que si quería cancelar porque no tenían más disponibilidad, y la confirmación era reservada ya; me dijo solo con efectivo, y le dije que no tenía.. otra vez entonces cancela la reservación.. cuando le dije que me digiera el nombre de el otro hotel, me preguntó si era domenicana; le dije que no y me dijo, entonces como vas a saber cómo es el otro hotel.. le contesté, buscándolo en internet.. súper súper súper grosera la verdad, no merece ni el precio ni la estadía. muchos mosquitos también
