Pros:

Para empezar un pésimo servicio al cliente departe de la propietaria, segundo no los cobro lo que decía la aplicación si no que cobro el doble 😡

De este ni se como era porque ni entramos nos dimos cuenta que tenían problemas con el sistema eléctrico, y nos mandaron para el hotel renacer que es una porquería de hotel sucio no habían cobijas nos dieron las 11 de la noche esperando que nos dieran las benditas cobijas 😡 y después no les dio la gana de darnos paños el baño no se podía cerrar la puerta de lo pequeño que era y nos cobraron para 4 que éramos u nos dieron una habitación para 2 fue la peor experiencia, a ese hotel jamás volveremos ni de gratis

Es un pésimo servicio
Pros:

No me gustó nada, me enviaron a otro hotel en una habitación estrecha que hasta para entrar era incómodo y para empeorar me cobraron más de lo que decía la reservación

Que me enviaran a otro hotel, en una habitación de mala vida, o mala muerte, que me cobrarán más dinero de lo que decía mi reservación.

Важко оцінити це помешкання, так як мене переселили відразу до іншого готелю, що в 5 хв. Не зрозуміло навіщо, бо рейтинг того готелю був низький, кімната з пліснявою.

For Luis V Hotel?, Not Caribbean Hotel

Location. It was very close to everything i wanted to see and do.

Cons:

This review is not for the Caribbean Hotel. I was taken to another location, Luis V hotel. I am simple and was aware of previous reviews and what I was paying for. Generally, I liked the Luis V Hotel. My room had everything I needed and was generally clean where the eyes can immediately see. Digging deeper, the room can use some fine cleaning and frequent dusting. I would recommend the staff do frequent dusting of furnitures, under beds, behind bed boards and ledges.. There was a lot of dust build up in these areas. But since I was staying for a month, i went ahead and do my own deep cleaning to satisfy myself. The staff was lovely. I was exploring everyday so hardly had much time to interract. The Guy that works during day was very nice and helpful. Please give him a raise of salary.

Pay for what you get, but not respect for the guests
Pros:

Location was very good just few minutes from the center of the old town.

Cons:

Receptionists didn’t have any type of common sense, they were playing loud music at 7am and throughout the day. The receptionists were bringing people to the main entrance to the hotel at the middle of the night and speaking loud without any respect for the guests.
The room was very big what was good, but the cleaning aspect wasn’t the best.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. The location is quite good too bcs you are in the center very quickly (walking distance) and get rooms for an affordable price.

Cons:

I can’t tell if it was very clean bcs the rooms look quite old. I had a cockroach in my bathroom. Water wasn’t running all the time.
