All nice and tidy. Furniture is nothing like new but got its own charm. Staff was always helpful.
WiFi seems to have trouble reaching the rooms far from the Lobby.
Near the train station. Excellent for getting in and out of borovoye . It’s 5 mins walk
Breakfast is very limited and they dont speak English
Room was simple but fine. Decent size and warm with mosquito nets on window. Bathroom, though aged, was functional (flushing toilet, running water in sink, warm water in shower, etc). Wifi worked well enough in room. Receptionist was there to greet us after late train and provided a kettle full of hot water - we were starving! Breakfast (the first morning) was fine too - two fried eggs, toast and coffee. Location is good for railway station, just 5 mins walk. It was good value.
On arrival, we had to flush away the dead insects in the toilet. The beds were ... firm (but plenty of bedding was provided to lay on). Second night - Saturday night - kids' disco downstairs - which we were included in as the noise came through the floor - only ended at 11. And in the morning we were told by the girl who never smiles that, as there was a "banquet" happening at some point that day, they'd chosen to "stop breakfast today" - it's as easy as that, folks! (No warning and, of course, no alternative or partial refund was offered and we were left to starve it out on the train away.)
Amazing little hotel, right next to the train station. Ideal if you have an early train or some hours to pass by for an evening journey.
Was a life saver when we had time to pass by and there were limited options in the town centre.
Lovely little restaurant to get some food and little shop around the corner.
Really clean hotel with decent facilities. Will be back now I know where it is
