Beautiful hotel at a prima location
Pros:

Beautiful setting, excellent rooms and location!

Cons:

The only thing i think of is that with small kids the taxi up and down was quite a mess in the busy season. Also because the lift up had a huge queu (+1hour) and walking up with them plus the materials is not an option due to the height increase. With everyone being tired at the end of the day this was the only less nice thing.

Incredible ski hotel!
Pros:

Food was great, staff really nice and location is just super, you can rent your skis in the hotel and directly leave with them through the door to a slope already!

Cons:

Attention to detail during the check-out. It was packed with people doing check-in too so they did not pay a lot of attention.

Location. Spa. Ski room. Family rooms.

Cons:

New staff lack experience, slow service. Overpriced basic drinks and snack type foods (elaborate dishes priced accordingly). Music on Lodge terrace too heavy and loud (nightclub vibe) and just doesn’t make for a pleasant experience.

Cons:

De bediening in het restaurant was te traag, ook kon je buiten op het terras geen koffie krijgen voor 13 uur, er liepen nochtans heel wat personeel rond. Dat is echt het enige wat nog moet gemanaged worden, het personeel zelf was uitermate vriendelijk, echt top!
