Pros:

Emplacement top , le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant , la propreté , literie très confortable , grandes tv dans le logement . Laverie sur place . Pret de serviette de plage . Happy hour aux client de l hôtel entre 16 et 17 h. Pour ceux qui boivent vin et bière ( gratuit ) café gratuit le matin à la réception / L accès aux autres hôtel de la chaîne situé sur la même avenue

Cons:

Pas de réception sur place , il faut marcher jusqu’a un autre hôtel de leur chaîne pour la réception .

Pros:

This place was amazing! My husband and I did a little staycation for 4th of July weekend and the staff was so nice and the room was so clean and comfortable! I’m booking again for Labor Day weekend!

Pros:

Nice waterfront off of marina. Beach is right across the street.

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight and little challenging backing out on to Gulf Blvd

It was ok but over priced .

The beach and pool

Cons:

Not many staff around. One person helped tremendously. Very helpful with helping with luggage, restaurant suggestions and just an all around great person. Name was DJay. It would have been so difficult for my friend and I if we didn’t have DJay. What an asset!!

Only good thing is they refunded the second nights stay.
Pros:

Location, pool , on the water

Cons:

Broken bathroom door, wouldn’t close, bathroom fan falling out of ceiling, missing and broken cupboard in kitchen, light burned out in hallway to bathroom, bedroom door wouldn’t close, used tissue in door jam. Hard to lock main door. smoking allowed in common area, tv service in bedroom didn’t work, hard futon couch in living area. This room should have never been available to stay in. Very poor condition.

Property has great potential
Pros:

Our room overlooked the water and pool. Beds were comfy, and the living space we had was great. Large fridge was very important for our group of seven. The property down the road and right on the beach was much nicer than the room/building we had, and we enjoyed the tiki bar and sand volleyball courts.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t really kept up with. The waterfront seating area had dead fish bait on the tables and seats which brought flies and stink. Were looking forward to sitting by the water, but weren’t able to. Seemed like there are quite a few people who live there.
